We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Beautiful Waterfront River House on The San Bernard River. Excellent Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking or Boating all from your private dock! Relax and take in the amazing views. At night enjoy smores around the fire pit and fish under the green lights. Have your own boat? The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston. Kayaks, Games, Fishing Poles and Crabtraps are FREE for our guest to use during their stay. THERE IS NO WIFI

San Bernard River Rental

Come relax on the San Bernard River in this spacious barndominium set on the river bend. Bring your boat or pwc and enjoy some water sports or relax and fish on the large private pier. Perfect spot for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing and skiing. The hot tub is currently not working. High speed fiber WiFi, 75” and 65” smart tv will help keep you entertained when not enjoying the tranquility outside. It’s always a good time on the river. Only 9.4 miles to Phillips 66 Sweeny.
