Evolve's home in Shelbyville is fantastic. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped, and most of all totally comfortable. My family (grandparents, mom, dad, and twins) had a great time. The twins made friends at the community pool located across the street. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Close to beaches, Fenwick Island is terrific! We would come back in an instant.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was so nice and spacious. We enjoyed the various spaces in the house to relax and the games provided. We booked last minute and still found everything clean and set up. The beds were comfortable and beautifully arranged. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We wish we could have utilized the pool, but the weather was too cold and the pool was cold and a little dirty.

Loved our stay! The home was exactly as presented in the photos, beautiful with everyone we needed to immediately feel at home. The neighborhood is lovely, with great amenities. Colleen, our host, was a gem. She reached out in advance to give us helpful info and recommendations, answer questions, and make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to visit again!

We loved our stay here. Everything was pristine and appeared brand new. The location was a quick walk from several great restaurants and places to get food. When we didn’t want to go out, the grocery store was right there as well, and the kitchen was spacious, up-to-date, and included everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t feel cramped like you do in some other vacation homes. We were renting during a music festival so we didn’t have the time to use some of the amenities included like the pool or tennis, but they looked nice from what we could see. The back yard was a bit isolative which was perfect for some lawn games. Couldn’t recommend this house enough!

Great house with an AMAZING back yard to enjoy on the water. Beautiful patio with a fire pit table. The kitchen is fully stocked with an amazing coffee bar (including an espresso machine). Beds are brand new and super comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 10. The host Patrick responds quickly and is very nice. Great location with an easy walk to the beach.

The house was perfect for our family. Everything was just right, from the bedrooms, to the kitchen, to the proximity to everything to the amenities. The kids loved the perfect-sized bedrooms, and the dog loved being able to come with us. Highly recommend staying here, as the home is taken care of, and it is run by someone that cares about comfort.

Amazing host. Was always attentive to all our request and responded fairly quickly to our questions. Made us feel at home, and made our stay stress free. Home was very neat and clean upon arrival. Definitely reccomend if you wish to have a stress-free and relaxing vacation.Phil is the best host that you can imagine 🌹🌺

This house was great for a getaway to Bethany Beach! There were 5 adults and 3 children and the house was a great size for us. Since we did have infants/toddlers with us, we did end up spending a decent amount of time at the home which was a nice home-base. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped and a good size for cooking — we did cook most of our meals at the house. Having a washer and dryer was great and we used that to wash bathing suits and towels. The game room was definitely a highlight, both for children and adults. The location was nice — in a quiet neighborhood but only 10-15 mins from Bethany Beach. There were also some cool nearby attractions, such as story book farm where we picked flowers and created bouquets. Giant was also less than 10 minutes away which was very convenient. I highly recommend this home to any group visiting Bethany and the surrounding areas.

Todd was outstanding, very responsive to questions and always willing to help through the process. This was our first Airbnb and he made it easy. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Ocean City and this was definitely the cleanest place especially recently when it’s hard to find good service. Price is very reasonable Most of the places around on the street are rented to the families it seemed so it was calm and some of the neighbors that stay there for the summer really nice

The place was great. Right off the boardwalk which made beach trips easy. The place was very spacious and clean. I would recommend this to a friend or family and would stay again.

Great place for a long weekend. The host responds really quick and everything is very clear and laid out!

Great location and property! Only downside is two parking spots only for a unit that can support up to 15 people. Makes it unfortunate when you have more than two cars and the others have to pay $15 for day parking, $30 overnight parking ($45 on the weekends) in the parking lot next door.

Overall great experience staying here. The unit was exactly as described and just like what the pictures showed. The host was very responsive. Very spacious and in a great location. I would stay here again for our trip next year.

Great place to stay! Loved that the beach was a quick walk over the dunes. The neighbor was nice and there’s a bunch of places within walking distance of the apartment. Everything was very clean also!

Un lugar muy hermoso y especial para una familia, espacioso , limpio y con una vista excelente para los que les gusta un poco de tranquilidad, las habitaciones están excelentes, muy espacioso , fuimos 7 y hay espacio como para 12 personas más o menos , y un lugar muy interesante con restaurantes cerca y con una mesa de juego , y por parte de vladimir muy atento a responder cualquier duda que tuviéramos estuvo excelente

Great location and great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable on the inside. I would recommend staying at this place to my friends and family. Wish my friends and I could’ve stayed longer. Only downside was 1 parking spot and the lot was a little tight. Plenty of street parking, however.

Our family of 5 (kids ages 8, 5 and 2) traveled end of July. The condo had a beautiful beach view and huge deck. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool on sight was very nice (especially for our 2 year old who was not a huge fan of the sand!) The condo was very spacious, kitchen had all the essentials and was clean upon arrival. There was a grocery store less than half a mile, a liquor store, gym and restaurants in the plaza across the street and many other restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We had a great trip and would recommend this place!

I have been coming to Ocean City the 2nd weekend of April for the last 27 years. I have stayed all over the place, since I was there to hang out with friends from all over the Country. It never mattered where I stayed as long as it was clean and safe. This was the first time ever I spent so, much time where I was staying. My friends came to visit because they wanted to make sure I was good because it was not like me to hang back. Now I don't know if that was a good or bad thing to have them come to see about me. Everyone that came was amazed at how nice the unit was. What that means is everyone will be after my best kept secrets. LOL This place had everything we needed since we were not at our own Homes. From the time we checked in we were treated very nicely by Mr James the Front Desk Guy was Amazing. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

This place was exactly as described! Absolutely stunning view, home was beautifully decorated in a beach theme with a lot of cute extra details like the turtle cupboard pulls in the kitchen to retractable ceiling fan lights. The kitchen had everything you would have at home to use. The coffee pot was missing the carafe so it was not useable but they did also have a Keurig so we used that instead. I will definitely be booking here again! The only thing we had trouble with was the lock code and getting in. Sometimes it takes awhile to get it to work right. The neighbors said people always have problems with it.
