Step back in time and enjoy staying on a working cattle farm in one of the oldest brick houses in Marshall County Tennessee. We have remodeled this house and it has all your needs. Enjoy the views of the hilltops and cattle roaming all around while sitting next to the firepit. My grandfather bought this farm in 1963 and it was a dairy until 2021. Since then we have been transitioning to a beef farm. We also raise longhorns that you will be able to watch graze in the pasture beside the house.

This cute A-frame cottage secluded on 5 acres is perfect for your peaceful retreat! It includes a queen size bed upstairs as well as a full size bathroom. The sofa in the living room folds out to another queen size bed. There is a half bathroom near the living room. The kitchen includes a small table for 4 guests. There’s a refrigerator, stove top, microwave/convection oven combo, air fryer, coffee maker/french press, hot water kettle, and toaster. Kitchen also includes a washer/dryer.

It is 11 miles from FirstBank Amphitheater and 12 miles from downtown Spring Hill, where there is shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. No pets, no smoking, and no bonfires or fireworks. (There is a small firepit in the yard that guests can use.) There will be an extra electric fee if any vehicles are charged.
