Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located gem. Whether you are traveling to see family/friends, business or simply passing through, this is a great place to call home. We renovated the apartment in May 2021 then topped it off with tasteful decorations. We strive to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The apt has one bedroom w/a queen bed, stocked kitchen with Keurig & toaster along with other cooking utensils. One full bath, shower/tub combo, sleeper sofa in the living room.

This quiet charming 1,000 SF cottage is a perfect space to unwind. With its west facing relaxing open breezeway to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. A 10 minute drive to historic Columbia, home of our 11th President James K Polk. 5 minute drive to Spring Hill Home of the world famous MuleTown Celebration. Old town charm off the Public Square. Just a 30 minute country drive to historic Leapers Fork to visit antique markets and old world diner. Come relax and sit a spell. :-)

Farm life at its best! Step out on a elevated private deck and take in the peaceful view. 140 acres for you to unplug and unwind. Walk over to see the goats or stop by the chicken coop for fresh eggs (seasonal). With 140 acres you can truly take in nature. In the evening spend time on the deck and watch the gorgeous sunsets and deer in the field. We live on the property, next door to the rental home. **larger animals rotate pastures, you may or may not see certain animals during your visit.

Come enjoy this studio space in the country where you have a quite escape, yet easy access to all nearby towns. This space is located upstairs in a detached shop that has its own entrance. A queen bed and full-size sectional fill out the space with a small coffee bar area, mini fridge and toaster oven.
