Silk Purse Cottage (ca. 1920) is in scenic, historic Chester County, PA 6 miles from the PA turnpike. It is a completely renovated, private cottage on a 6 acre property. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Visitors who are interested in gardening, history and outdoor activities will find many opportunities close by. Hike, fish, go boating or mountain biking one mile away at Marsh Creek State Park. Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, Lancaster and Philadelphia are all a short distance by car.

Boat House on the Brandywine is a waterfront cottage that sits on the edge of the Brandywine Creek. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck amidst the sounds of ducks swimming in the water below. This inviting one-bedroom cottage accommodates up to four guests and is conveniently located in the heart of Downingtown, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, and the train station. This unique cottage experience is professionally hosted by Michele & Mark.

Lakefront Guesthouse

Come stay at our beautiful one bedroom guest house that sits on an eight acre lakefront property. This poolside guest house includes a spacious kitchen, full bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Whether you're local or visiting from out of town, spend your getaway relaxing by Marsh Creek Lake or take advantage of the wide variety of local attractions that Chester County has to offer. Our guest house is for a maximum of two adults only. No children.

West Chester apartment located on horse facility

Our apartment in located in the heart of West Chester PA. Our place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, great views, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love Sunset Valley Farm because it is a Horse property with activities on the property (season permitting). Horse lessons, Kayak, creek, fishing, and near all of the local attractions (King of Prussia Mall, Gettysburg, Valley Forge, Brandywine river, Lancaster (Amish country) 40 mins away).

The Millhaus

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!

Enjoy the peaceful enclosed back porch to wind down after a day of hiking or horseback riding on local trails and parks, boating at nearby Marsh Creek or spending the day in the quaint nearby towns and/or historic Philadelphia.

Come enjoy The View overlooking Amish farmland and feed the farm animals in the back yard. Watch spectacular sunrises from the deck or overlook the farmers field from the hot tub. Feel the smooth texture and beauty of solid handmade furniture. We have room for the whole family or even several families. The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊

Tucked into the woods of the Texter Mountain, our little home is a custom built modern getaway. Its beautiful timber framework, high steel beams for suspension, and glass front makes for the perfect retreat.
