Grandma's House

This UP diamond in the rough is located in the old mining community of Nort' Lake; once a bustling and rustling proud community (Circa Late 1800's). Now, a quiet neighborhood ideal for bicyclist, hunters, fishing enthusiast and resting after countless adventures here in the beautiful Upper Peninsula. There are so many sites to see within miles of Grandma's House. Though this home was built in the late 1800s, you will immediately feel the warmth and comfort of a modern day living experience.

Newly furnished home located in the heart of the city. You'll find our home is steps away from great shopping, restaurants, breweries, and pubs. Look less that a mile in every direction and you'll find the sandy shores of Lake Superior, NMU, downtown Marquette, UPHP, and several NTN Trail Heads. You will not find a home more centrally located in the city than 227 W Hewitt. After exploring the city relax in our newly furnished home, with 3 bedrooms there's plenty of space for the entire crew.

Pam's Place - Fully Furnished 1- Bdrm Apartment

Fully-furnished 1-bedroom apartment. ONE parking space is available in the garage and plentiful street parking (the garage cannot accommodate large/oversize vehicles). IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no street parking between Nov. 1 and April 1. This is a well-kept older home with not too many quirks. The apartment is on the top level of the house. In the event you may have allergies or other concerns, be aware that the owner lives on the first level of the home with a dog.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.
