We loved to spend 4 mights in the Kai-pod which oozed of creative and homey atmosphere!!! All we needed was there, the bed, bathroom and kitchen all worked perfectly and the view from our he apartment’s big opening doors and the terrace could not be had any better, wow’ through this lovely place kaiteriteri lived up to its spectacular ree re mutation. This space is sooooo chill! Lisa & Owen’s Pohutukawa Farm overlooking the sound… can’t beat it. Everything inside is spotless & QUALITY. We absolutely loved our stay at Caroline's place. In real life it looks even better than in the pictures!

Love the views and nice house with good amenities but just fyi the location is hard for Uber drivers and taxis to drive up so they will drop you off at the bottom of the hill. As long as you don’t mind a walk for the beautiful views that the Airbnb it’s a perfect place to stay.

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

This place was exactly as it was represented. 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Frozen breads available for breakfast and a selection of teas and coffee. Very clean.

Annemarie and Chris’ place was so beautiful, truly heavenly. The kayaks were a great adventure for our girls! The artistic details and decor were incredible. Coffee was 🙌🏻. Will be back.

Beautiful remote spot but also close enough to drive to Havelock if required. Unfortunately it rained most of our stay but our little one still enjoyed stomping in the rain and looking at the animals. Close to nice walking tracks.

I can not rate this house more highly. It is so peaceful, with the most incredible views out every window! There was nothing better than waking up and looking out the window to the mountain range, and that evening having an incredible hot spa heated by a log fire. The house is rustic, with ever piece of furniture quirky and well chosen for the space. The bathrooms were spotless and the fire was lit ready for us when we arrived which we really appreciated. The beach is so close by, listening to the waves was my favourite thing. As a family, we absolutely adored our stay here.

The location of this home is incredible! Beautiful sunsets, close to penguins and a number of stunning beaches and hikes. Check out the baby fur seals, caves, natural spring, waterfalls and abundant bird life. Piwakawakas at every hike! Garry was very accommodating and responsive. Rent with confidence!

this is a great place to stay while visiting Picton. Location is lovely and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loved watching the activity in the marina. Accommodation was very well appointed and clean and comfortable. Note - make sure to read the location and access instructions before you arrive (will save some confusion) and the internal access to downstairs bedroom is via a narrow spiral stairs. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Picton!

Lovely and comfortable home away from home. Location is stellar; tons and tons of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
