In basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also ski preparation room, bike storage. Parking lot is just next to the house.

Auf festen Untergrund kann gegrillt (Waldbrandwarnstufe beachten) oder auf der angrenzenden Wiese Sport betrieben werden. Die ruhige Atmosphäre ermöglicht viel Erholung.
