Due to a maintenance issue at a previously booked property, our group had to make a last-minute change of plans and were thankful to find this property. The location was so convenient for travel back and forth to Mylan Park and had plenty of space for us to gather but also retreat to separate rooms for rest. Everything was clean and in good repair. Hosts were responsive to questions. Would stay again!

House was just as described. And great to have our dogs with us too! There is a tenant in apartment below that was not mentioned until we got there. However we never heard them or saw them. House borders the woods which is nice for dogs to go for a walk. Very quiet neighborhood, but very close to college which worked for us. Would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed for about seven weeks while I underwent medical treatments at WVU. This Airbnb was convenient, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Best of all, our host was very flexible as my treatment plan changed over time necessitating changes in our reservation. Highly recommend. Would book again.

The rental was exactly what we wanted for our family weekend: A big house with a pool. The pool was clean and warm and the jacuzzi under the porch was clean and nice (the one out by the pool doesn't work.) The house is big and clean. It's not fancy but did the job for us. The exterior is a little shabby, but that wasn't important to us. We would rent this property again.

We stayed for a weekend getaway and could not have been happier with the location! Super clean and the perfect space for a small group.

10/10 – Would Definitely Recommend We had 12 guys in town for a golf trip, and this place was perfect. Way bigger than I expected—I had to walk through a few rooms just to find someone. Tons of couch and armchair space to spread out. The pool and patio. Both solid A+, had everything we needed to cook/grill instead of going out. Plenty of TVs, you can watch whatever you wanted. We didn’t use the pull-out couches, but all the beds (even the bunks) were used, and it worked out fine. Plenty of towels, and they even stocked the fridge with eggs and milk, which was a nice touch. If we’re back in Morgantown, this is where we’re staying again. No question

Everything was just as described and perfect. Nik and Ashley were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive to our questions and great with accommodating. The amount of people we had with us and other requests would highly recommend them.

Robert was an excellent host!! We ended getting snowed in an extra day and he went above and beyond to make sure we had enough food and supplies. Robert even came and shoveled our walkway and brushed off my car. His place was beautiful and we had a great time. I definitely recommend staying with Robert!!

We loved our stay here! Kelli’s home was comfy and cozy. During the day we went out to tour the area which was beautiful but it was so nice to come back and relax. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunset and deer. Thank you Kelli!

It was the perfect place for my family to stay for the weekend. It's close to the campus but in a nice out of the way neighborhood.

We absolutely loved Anthony’s place. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The master bathroom was beautifully decorated! We picked this house because of the outdoor accommodations which ended up being the best part of our stay! The kitchen had everything I needed to make a Nice easter dinner. The charcoal grill worked great!

Great location, cute as a button, nicely decorated including some handmade items for sale. Much larger then what it looks like in the pictures. We were just overnight guests on our way home, but Cathy had everything there to accommodate longer stays. Would highly recommend to any future guests, and couldn't find a nicer host to make you feel at home. The only down side is if you are a late sleeper, the garage door opener under you may have you awake a little earlier then expected. We are putting a star on this one for possible return next year.

Nathan’s place was just what we needed! Our daughter is a freshman at WVU and we were visiting for Easter weekend. The space was clean, beautiful and perfect for our family to relax. The kids loved the game table and we all loved the hot tub. The fireplace and the seating area were charming and relaxing. Morgantown restaurants, WVU campus and Cheat lake are both just a short drive away. The deck is a slice of heaven! The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were even two types of coffee makers. Everything is so new and clean, and we loved the huge shower with the dual showerheads! Being able to bring our pup was a bonus. What a great place, we will definitely be back!
