This is by far the best place to stay in Indianapolis. We booked this place on a whim, and we are so thankful we did. This place is stunning, y’all! Not only that, but it’s clean, spacious and walking distance to a Dollar General which we loved. FREE PARKING!!!! Y’all, be smart and book this place. Patrick is the best, most responsive host!!

This place is a short walk from downtown Indy where you’ll find all the restaurants and amenities one would expect to find when visiting here. This place was private, secluded and quiet. Highly recommend.

One of my best Airbnb stays! Kyra's communication was quick and she provided excellent instructions. The unit matched the photos and had all the essentials. Neighborhood is quite and short drive to downtown.

Great place! It was easy to check-in and the location was very convenient. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect spot in downtown Indianapolis. It’s about a half mile walk to the convention center and probably between a half mile and a mile to get to Lucas Oil Field. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and 2 big grocery stores as well. I would definitely stay there again. Great host and good communication as well.

very nice stay. Close to alot of things. Apartment was as described. Very good instructions for entry. As previous reviews mentioned upstairs neighbors could be loud. Overall very satisfied with the accommodations.

We've stayed in some pretty bare bone airbnbs , so it was so refreshing to walk into this one. This place had so many nice touches like a towel warmer and overall furnishings/design that felt luxurious. This is in a walkable distance to downtown and directions for check in were clear. We would definitely consider staying here again if back in Indy.

I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable! Loved the Alexa controlled LED light! Night time was a bit noisy but it was expected as it was a Saturday and it's downtown. Overall a great place and would love to stay again!

It was the perfect location. We went to the Children’s Museum and Lucas oil stadium for SuperCross Race was a quick drive. There is food places and target right down the road. Felt safe the whole trip and the gated parking garage was great! The host was very responsive with any questions I had.

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described. The apartment did stay warm even with the air on but there were plenty of fans to help. Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants around.

Tim's place has become my home away from home! Tim is so very welcoming and the space is great period the location is perfect and very safe.

This location is right at the center of town, with lots to do, and a lake right next door to boot! Ayash Is a great place for a couples vacation and is highly recommended!

The view from this unit is magic! My husband and I watched the sun come up each morning and set each night. The open concept living area is the perfect hangout spot with its huge corduroy couch and big arched windows. And the master suite is surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. Suite Spots was very quick to respond with any questions I had, Mary is a true rockstar!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Very close to Lucas stadium and wasn’t a far walk to the start line of the marathon. Very close to pretty much everything and if it was a little further, rent a scooter 🛴 it was perfect to get around the city. The back yard was very peaceful. The highway is very close so if you don’t like road noise just know you can hear that. I wasn’t bothered at all by it. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We loved this place. It is very cute and accommodating, and the hosts were great. Do note there is no kitchen (which we were aware of, I’m just not sure it’s super clear in the listing).

This place is beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The instructions were easy to follow. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, sheets, and towels. The location was walkable to Butler University and easy drive to many restaurants. A great rental!

Our stay at the Honeycomb was wonderful. The home was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had an adorable historic charm. All of the amenities you could need were in the home, and more. My group really enjoyed the hot tub, which was nice and clean. Our check in was stress free, and we immediately felt comfortable in the home. The neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. The host was very responsive, and offered recommendations for things to do in the nearby area as well. My group and I are definitely thinking of coming back!

We had a family reunion in Indy and the home was PERFECT! Absolutely beautiful space, located very close to downtown. The entire home was spotless and gorgeously decorated. The kitchen had everything we could need (and more), with 2 full refrigerators. There was plenty of parking, both in the driveway and street parking. Dennis was an excellent communicator and the price was very reasonable. The bedrooms were super comfortable! We had all adults, but the gameroom would have been AMAZING when the kids were little. We would definitely stay in this home again! Thank you!

This is our 2nd stay here. Our daughter loves the shuffleboard and futon space. It's s a very peaceful area in the middle of the city. Had everything we needed.

Stayed for FDIC. Exactly as it was described and Adie was very quick to respond if we had questions. Should I come back to the area , I would absolutely consider Adie and Bryens place. The neighborhood is very historic which is pretty cool. The house has been renovated nicely and filled our needs for the week. Our female firefighter liked having her own room as well. There did seem to be a bit of dog hair for anyone who suffers from allergies. 30 minute walk to Convention center was no biggie. Good food in area as well as Downtown Indianapolis. Definitely a good spot.

Place was very clean! The house was very open and free of clutter, beds were comfy and linens were fresh and smelled great! Easy to get in and worked out great for my group for the weekend.. thanks for having us
