Relax and play at this beautiful and private 1.5-acre property w/ two gravel pads for boats/RVs, 50-amp service, 2 kayaks, 4 paddle boards, 2 canoes, and a small sailboat. Play badminton, croquet, corn hole, or other games in the spacious yard. Golf and boat landings are just down the road. Wildlife areas and 5,000 acres are a short walk or paddle away. Go birding, fish, hunt, hike, or kayak the river delta. NOTE: water is down in 2025 and shore looks a little different than what photos show.

Looking for a great get away? Love the water? Sunset Lagoon is perfect! Use the paddle boat or kayaks (included), bring your boat to get out and enjoy the water. Or relax and fish right off the deck! On site private boat launch and docking in a sheltered lagoon connected to Riley’s Bay. When you get back from the beach or fishing, light a fire, roast Smore's or sit on the deck and relax. Winding River Cottages-Pine Cone Cottage

The Pinecone Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.
