La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Grossartige Wohnung, stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr zentral mitten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und eignet sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das nächste Mal kommen wir viel länger, so schön ist die Wohnung und die Lage.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento tenuto benissimo e fornito, giardino splendido dal quale si riesce a vedere il mare, posizione comoda vicina al mare e al centro di Procchio. Sergio e la moglie hanno l'appuntamento al piano di sopra, sono sempre molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.

Die Kommunikation sowie der Check in waren sehr unkompliziert, Gianfrancesco war sehr sympathisch und hat sich Zeit genommen uns die Unterkunft zu zeigen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Unterkunft von Gianfra hat alles zu bieten, was es für es in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von dem fantastischen Ausblick von der Terrasse aus.

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Casetta stupenda. Posto stupendo. Mare stupendo. Le mie canine sono state benissimo! Io pure, in modalità relax. È il posto perfetto. Pineta dietro, mare davanti! Tutto perfetto.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole, gli host sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento o necessità, e la zona circostante è molto tranquilla ed è perfetta per soggiorno fuori dal caos cittadino, ma comunque a breve distanza dai servizi principali. Alla prossima!

Stefania è stata una Host perfetta.alloggio confortevole pulitissimo e soddisfacente. abbiamo lasciato un pomeriggio il nostro cane in giardino e Stefania si è premurata di andare a controllare che stesse bene .tutto come da descrizione e curato nei dettagli!torneremo!!!

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

L'alloggio è in una posizione eccellente con una vista mozzafiato. L'appartamento è spazioso e completamente attrezzato, con un esterno ben curato e ben attrezzato. Il parcheggio è comodo. La zona mare è facilmente raggiungibile e molto bella, e la piscina di sale è fantastica. Settembre è un mese poco affollato, quindi è più facile usufruire degli spazi comuni. Il bar, forse per il periodo, è poco fornito (niente aperitivi analcolici, niente servizio), ma la posizione e la tranquillità ripagano. Giocoforza, la vicinanza di Porto Azzurro, dove si mangia bene 🍝 e si possono fare belle passeggiate 🚶‍♂️ in un centro molto vivo. La portineria aggiunge sicurezza 👮‍♂️ e rende il soggiorno sereno.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus, sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Pool sehr sauber und wir waren dort immer alleine. Zwei Strände sind mit einem halbstündigen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen , die anderen in sehr kurzer Entfernung. Capoliveri in 20 min gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an Lauro

Der Aufenthalt bei Elena war etwas besonderes. Die Lage bot viel Ruhe mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Style und die Kühle des Hauses im Sommer, die schattigen und Lounge-artigen Plätze ausserhalb boten fast eine Art Club-Atmosphäre. Der "Preis" dafür sind ca. 20 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Hafen von Porto Azurs.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Schöne, ruhige Lage. Sehr sauberes Haus und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Der schöne Garten war gross mit einigen Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten. Herzlichen Dank an Gianluigi und seinen Vater!

Casa comoda, condizionata, con una bella veranda esterna per fare colazione e cenare. Buona posizione tranquilla in campagna fuori dalla confusione delle cittadine e delle spiagge ma vicina sia alla costa nord che a quella sud dell’isola. L’host simpatico e ricettivo, ci ha prestato il caricabatterie del cellulare che avevamo dimenticato. Buon soggiorno. Tutto bene

Cornelia's place was very comfy and had everything we needed! She picked us up from the town center and showed us how to get to the apartment and gave us a few recommendations for restaurants and things to do - helpful but very unintrusive. We had a great time and would come back!

Una breve vacanza ma intensa anche grazie alle proposte che offre Marciana Marina e l' Isola d'Elba in generale : sentieri per bicicletta , per escursioni a piedi, mare bellissimo da esplorare in kayak che è quello che ho fatto io ma c'è molto altro. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten im lebendigen Dörfchen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Dass wir mit ÖV anreisen konnten hat uns gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

War sehr toll, wir hatten zwischendrin mal etwas Probleme mit dem Strom, aber Raffaele war sofort erreichbar und hat uns bei der Lösung des Problems geholfen. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und die Wohnung und der Garten sind toll. Danke!
