We had a very pleasant stay in Hari's apartment. The view from the balcony was really nice. Overall everything was great.

Прекрасное жилье! Квартира уютная, чистая и полностью соответствует фотографиям. Вся необходимая техника и удобства есть, а кровать очень удобная. Расположение отличное — рядом магазины, рестораны и достопримечательности.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Ankommen verlief ohne Probleme, allerdings hat beim Eintreffen das Wasser, Internet und die Klima nicht funktioniert. Noch am selben Abend kam ein Mitarbeiter von Cosmica und hat alles gelöst. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation überragend und perfekt. Nach kürzester Zeit wurde zu jeder Tageszeit auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich habe eine tolle Empfehlung für einen Helikopter Flug bekommen, der für mich sogar gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral und sowohl Marina, als auch Strand und Riesenrad waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es trotz der Höhe sehr laut war durch den Verkehr. Nachmittags hat es sehr lange gedauert die Wohnung per Taxi / Uber zu erreichen, da die Straßen überfüllt sind. Alles in allem hat aber alles gepasst und Cosmica hat uns bestens betreut.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schön gelegenen AirBnB. Das AirBnB ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (Wäscheständer, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle etc.). Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wurden hervorragend betreut. Es war immer jemand erreichbar. Zu Fuß ist man in ca 10 Minuten bei der Tram,die zur Metro-Line fährt. Auch in 10 Minuten ist ein 24/7 Supermarkt. Zum Strand läuft man auch nur 10 Minuten. Man kann einen Pool von 8 bis 20 Uhr nutzen mit sogar Rettungsschwimmer vor Ort ( aber keine Ahnung,ob die dort ausgebildet werden). Unterkunft ist wirklich gut und auch die Lage sehr gut. Würden wir weiter empfehlen!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was 15 minutes from the metro. There are plenty of small grocery shops to use. The people on the front desk were friendly. The room was easy to get into and we were given good instructions on what to do. I loved the views and you can see the buildings by the marina from the balcony. There was a welcome pack and also some big bottles of water was provided and mini KitKat's. I would stay here again if I was to come again. Thank you for a lovely visit.

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

Anu was a wonderful host — very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a great location. We had a fantastic time in Dubai and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

5 Stars – Outstanding Stay! Staying at Bez’s place in JVC was an absolute pleasure. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Bez was a fantastic host—super responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the setup, from the cozy furniture to the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend Bez’s place to anyone looking for a quality stay in JVC. I’ll definitely be back!

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Alisa et John. Ils ont été d’agréables hôtes. La vue de l’appartement sur le centre-ville est super. Le métro est à 15 minutes à pied. Il y a plusieurs commerces aux alentours. Il y a une chambre de bain à même la chambre. Une belle piscine sur le toit nous permet de nous détendre après une longue journée de visites. Je recommanderais sûrement cet endroit à mes amis.

It was a beautiful stay at Irina’s apartment. She always gave her best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is next to the beach. In an only one minute walk you arrive an awesome beach with an impressive view at the skyline from Dubai. The apartment was very clean, smelled amazing and had all I need for my one week trip. I will come back and can totally recommend to stay at Irina’s apartment.

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

The apartment is cozy, beautifully maintained, and located in a fantastic building with great surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making our experience truly special. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting! We’d love to return in the future. Thank you!

It's a nice apartment with good standing. People are super available whatever you need ... we're talking minutes if something doesn't work (or you don't know how to make it work :). You can park your car on 10th floor and go downstairs to your apartment without going through the main entrance .. and you can go to social district or Dubai mall without going outside ... enjoying the A/C ! Cross the street and you are at the fountains enjoying the show. Plenty of shops restaurants around. Wonderful stay. Small pool with really nice view on the fountains.

Shadi was so helpful and communicative. I stayed at her place with my daughter for one month and it was beautiful! My highlight - being able to watch the sunset from the apartment balcony every evening. 10/10 highly recommend - thank you for hosting us, Shadi! :-)

We had a great stay. The place has access to the canal and has a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool. We'll book again.

we had an amazing time we were a group of girls celebrating my friends birthday and we couldn’t have had a better time in that airbnb it was so clean and very well decorated.
