Herman ist ein super Gastgeber! Er hat mich schon kurz vor der Ankunft kontaktiert, damit alles glatt läuft. Herzlicher Empfang, die gebuchte Unterkunft ist einfach, aber alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. voll ausgestattete Außenküche, Pool, Whirlpool, Liegen, Kaffeemaschine, Parkplatz und Hilfe bei allen Anliegen sowie Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt am Pool: kein Schatten für die Liegen, nur die volle Dröhnung Sonne - oder hatte ich vergessen, nach einem Sonnenschirm zu fragen? Die Finca ist wunderschön, weitläufig und durch die Tiere in den Pferchen auf dem Grundstück (Esel, Ziegen, Hühner, Hund) ist alles noch entspannter.

El alojamiento fue fácil de encontrar en buena zona. La comunicación con Maria fue bastante buena. A pesar de ser una habitación tuvimos mucha intimidad, no nos cruzamos en todo el finde. Habitación y baño limpios. Sábanas limpias. El baño no estaba unido a la habitación, si no que estaba abajo. Ofrecía cafetera, hornillo, microondas y nevera. Se podía aparcar dentro.

Todo genial! Mis amigas y yo hemos pasado una semana estupenda, Artur ha sido un gran anfitrión, las vistas y la zona de la piscina son increíbles!

The apartment is in a pretty residential area of Denia and was very peaceful. Definitely need a car but only a few minutes drive to the centre. Apartment has everything you need and use of a lovely pool. Inga was friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect couple of days relaxing at Marleen’s. Both Marleen and Yves are very friendly and went the extra mile to make us welcome and help us enjoy our stay. Also, Yves went out of his way to enable my husband to watch the World Cup rugby on their own TV in their personal space. Even gave us the key should they be out! The pool and garden are beautiful relaxing places to be. We even left with a bag of goodies from the garden. Would definitely return! Thank you Marleen and Yves 😀 🙏🏻💗

This is the perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature while still being close enough to the coast to enjoy the crowds if you choose. I had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again.

We had a fantastic 10 days at Ana's place. Accomodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thle outdoor space was just wonderful, with so much room to relax, a lovely view and a stunning pool area. We definitely recommend it and hope to stay again sometime.

Appartement super avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Cependant, en effet les propriétaires habitent juste au dessus donc aucun bruit n’est toléré. Idéal pour des vacances calmes.

Un estudio muy bonito, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para poder comer y pasar unos días allí. No echamos en falta nada y la piscina es un punto muy a su favor.

Unos anfitriones maravillosos, muy amables, y cercanos. Una experiencia magnífica, han estado muy atentos durante la estancia por si nos faltaba algo y también nos han dado recomendaciones sobre que hacer por la zona y restaurantes. ¡Muchas gracias!

Het is een heerlijk rustige plek in een mooie omgeving met prachtig uitzicht. Een fijne schone studio. Alles om zelf te koken is aanwezig. Jaap en Kim zijn heel vriendelijk, en altijd in voor een praatje. De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt bij het zwembad. Het was een fijn verblijf, had ik al gezegd dat het heel schoon was 😉

Julia’s place is a little gem . We didn’t hire a car so the location was excellent . We used the modern tram service 2 minutes walk and explored all the lovely places. Team goes as far as Denia. The apartment in near diner local restaurants and has a local shop. The place was very well equipped and all the things needed for a beach day ! Would definitely use this place again . Julia was very prompt and very helpful . Loved it !

No tengo palabras para describir nuestra estancia, aunque esto es una forma de hablar 😅 El alojamiento es magnífico, hiper limpio, decorado con un gusto exquisito. Al llegar teníamos un detallito de bienvenida nos hizo ilusion. Hay cosas cositas básicas para los primeros días, como sal, aceite o servilletas, se agradece. Un lugar tranquilo donde desconectar de la rutina diaria. Nos dimos un paseíto a la playa, unos 20 minutos, ni tan mal. Cristiana es una anfitriona de diez, siempre pendiente por si necesitábamos algo y muy amable. Totalmente recomendable y ¡estoy segura que volveremos!

Carmen muy flexible, quizá el sitio se quede pequeño para dormir para el máximo de personas que deja, el gps te lleva al lugar exacto, sitio bonito y tranquilo, repetiría!! Gracias Carmen!!

Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Alicante. Byliśmy w mieszkaniu przez tydzień w 5 osób i było idealnie. Wszystko było na miejscu, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem.

La estancia ha sido impecable, la casa era como en las fotos, estas en la misma casa que Julie pero no hemos tenido ningún problema, siempre disponible y amable sí necesitábamos algo. Tienes tu intimidad al estar en la zona de abajo de la casa. Al llegar el aire acondicionado estaba roto, y lo mando arreglar el mismo día. Ubicación perfecta a 5 minutos de la playa. Repetiremos sin duda

Kristina’s property was absolutely stunning! the photos didn’t do it justice, we were in shock we found such a nice place. Very spacious and modern in a much more quite part that over looked Benidorm, which was ideal for us. A taxi to the main centre was only about 15 euros but was lovely not being so close, plenty of nice bars and restaurants that are more used by locals close by along with some shops. We were met by Miguel on arrival, he was very friendly and showed us round and made us feel comfortable, was also very quick to reply. Would 100% stay there again.
