Veludstyret, moderne og lækkert sommerhus. Tæt på fjorden med gode muligheder for, paddleboard, kajak og kano. Familievenligt, og med den store have, som bare inviterer til masser af sjov og hygge. Hyggelige Vordingborg, med Gåsetårnet lige i nærheden, og med strand og naturen helt tæt på. Vores dejlige sommerhus fik vi opført i 2005 som et familieprojekt mellem to brødre og vores respektive familier. Nye gulve og sanitet, samt nye senge og flere nye møbler i foråret 2025. Dejligt sommerhus tæt på god strand med badebro. Ingen biler omkring sommerhuse (aflæsning dog tilladt). Gratis P-plads 50 meter væk. 2 ladestander 100 m fra p-plads. Direkte ladning 8-22 og ladning natten over! Surfe, padle, cykle og gå/løbeture i dejlig natur. Medbring cykler. Nysted by/havn med havbad i gå afstand med gode handelsmuligheder samt restaurant/ pizza. Netto og Brugsen . 1/2 times kørsel til Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig.

Spacious nordic living in rural surroundings

Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

Light and Nordic inspired studio located close to Vordingborg center and marina. Quiet area, free parking and both nature and town outside the door. Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i dette centralt beliggende sommerhus med ca. 50 m - 1,5 km til diget, stranden, restauranter, isbarer, bager, supermarkeder, forlystelser mm. Huset er på ca. 95 m2, og det er totalt istandsat for ca. 5 år siden, så vi gør alt for at passe godt på det. Huset rummer et stort køkkenalrum, 3 værelser og 2 badeværelser. Der er 3 terrasser (mod øst, syd og vest) og masser af smuk natur. Rygning er ikke tilladt. Og kæledyr er ikke velkomne.

This apartment is in the top-end of the top end locations in Stege/Møn, with a sea view over Stege Nor. Where the garden meets the water, there is a small private peer with a boat. The front side of the building is facing Stege's charming main street with less than three minutes walk to the central square where the old town hall is now hosting a local chocolate manufacturer. On this street you find art galleries, local specialised shops, vibrant restaurants and cafes

Sommerhus med 10 meter til vandet og fantastisk panoramaudsigt over Stege Bugt mod Lindholm, Møn og Stege. Fra huset er der 200 meter til offentlig badebro og hyggelige Kalvehave Havn med lystbåde og sommerstemning. Nyd stille morgener med solopgang over vandet og dejlige grillaftener på den store træterrasse. Huset er perfekt placeret til masser af udflugter i nærheden, f.eks. Møns Klint, den unikke landsby Nyord, hyggelige Stege eller BonBon-land.

Charming guesthouse with woodfired outdoor bath

Charming guesthouse with a wood fired outdoor bath in the private garden overlooking the Baltic Sea. The ocean is only 300 m away, and there is a walking path from the house. The area is certified Dark Sky area, so on a clear night you can sit in the hot bathtub with the Milky Way right above your head. The only noise is that of mother nature, the birds, the waves and the deer. The house sleeps up to 6 people.

Stor skøn grund på 1200m2, væk fra vejen. Meget børnevenlig, med rigeligt plads til leg og boldspil. Huset ligger ca. 400m fra Danmarks bedste strand, 150m til købmanden, pizzaria & isbutik. Ca.3 km til Marielyst hyggelige torv.
 Huset opvarmes med varmepumpe, brændeovn og el, så der er rig mulighed for at nyde huset på kolde dage. 
Husets TV er ikke tilsluttet TV kanaler, men der er chromcast i TV’et.
