Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Auf 460m Seehöhe 4 km vom Ort Sankt Paul im Lavanttal entfernt umgeben von Wald und Wiesen im schönen Granitztal gelegen. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Straße somit gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm. Ein Wohnraum mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC stehen zur Verfügung. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Sesseln, sowie 100m² Wiese eingezäunt (ideal für Hunde).

You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Towels, linen and coffee capsules are included in the price! 2 Kingsize Beds in sleeping rooms and 1 Couch as a bed option in the living room.65" UHD TV is the highlight!

Über den Wolken

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Ferienhaus im Grünen auf 1100m Seehöhe

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

Die helle, geräumige Stadtwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock unseres Hauses am Hauptplatz. Durch die zentrale Lage, Nahversorger und Cafe im selben Gebäude, Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Taxi in unmittelbarer Nähe eignet sich die Unterkunft bestens als Ausgangspunkt für Ferienaktivitäten im Lavanttal und Kärnten, für geschäftliche Angelegenheiten zwischen Graz und Klagenfurt oder als Zwischstopp auf deiner Reise.

Gratis W-LAN und Parkplatz vorhanden. In unserem Apartment sind Hunde willkommen, es wird eine zusätzliche Endreinigungspauschale von € 25,-- verrechnet.
