Recently renovated studio in the heart of the city, on the main boulevard (Szent István körút)! Central location, yet very quiet. Only a few minutes walk from the Danube, Margaret Island, Parliament. The main tram line with 24 hour service, stops right in front of the building, and there are 2 metro stations withing walking distance. Several restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries and coffee shops to choose from, most within one block, so you don't even have to cross the street.

Near to everything, but far from the loudest streets of the city center. 2024.11 I have repainted and redecorated the wall. A new AC and TV has been installed in the livingroom, there is a new bed and mattress in the bedroom to always give you the best. Sadly because of the new fridge the right mirror door couldn’t fit anymore.
