Climate controlled! What is a Yurt? Yurts originated in Mongolia. The Mongolian people were nomadic, and they took their homes (yurts) with them as they tended to, and traveled, with their livestock. Today yurts are built on a platform & consist of two thick layers of canvas with a layer of insulation in between, and most notably a domed skylight at their center. 5 mins to Alpine, 30 mins to Fort Davis, Marfa, and Marathon. Big Bend Park, Terlingua, & Lajitas are roughly 100 miles away.

Earth House is a private adobe home located within walking distance from all of the restaurants, boutiques, bars, and galleries in Marfa, TX. This is a lovingly curated space for passionate travelers, lovers of design, desert sun chasers, star gazers, and folks looking for the relaxation of a slow West Texas pace. This 1920s traditional structure has been extensively refurbished, every detail has been considered. Small/Medium dogs ok (max 40 lbs). $35 per dog per stay non-refundable.

Art-Filled Marfa Adobe

Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you. The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. Though small, this Judd-inspired, above-ground concrete bunker comes with all of the essentials. Located just a few blocks from the main thoroughfare in town, you'll be close to shops, restaurants, galleries, and more. The space features a king-size bed, full bath with shower, tv, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and mini split for heating and cooling. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Water Stop, Alta Marfa Winery, Bordo, Filthmart, Whitebox and Convenience West BBQ are a few places that are a very short walk away. Enjoy plenty of space for your family or friends, and don't worry too much about packing because you'll have a washer and dryer during your stay! Bike or walk to Highland Street for shopping, eating, and all the best Marfa sight-seeing!
