Very comfortable, clean and well appointed stay. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and kitchen with dishware and water. Excellent location, right at the top of the Main Street in Kingston. Would absolutely rent again, thank you!

Seth is definitely a “super host”! Instructions were very detailed and perfect! The suggestions for restaurants and things to do was extensive. The location was perfect for our visit to Valatie. I have never been to an Airbnb that was this clean - impeccable! The small back porch with a view of the river was awesome! I will definitely book this Airbnb again!

My friend and I did a girls trip to Beacon for her birthday, and this AirBnB was the perfect place to call home for the weekend! All the restaurants and shops were a quick 5-minute walk from us. We'd explore the town during the day then relax in the comfy common room for a movie night back at our AirBnB. We SO enjoyed our weekend, and I am grateful we found such a cozy place! HsinYi's communication was excellent before, during, and after our trip. 10/10 recommend! :)

A beautiful home and the views were breathtaking on the lake. Although, it was frozen. All the amenities we needed and more. Close to skiing and tubing. Owner Sara was very attentive to respond quickly. We just wanted a getaway place for a family weekend. The road was narrow and very icy. Would go back but not in the winter. Summer and the Fall I think would be best. Lots more things to do in the nicer weather months. Thank you Sara for your hospitality.

Vincent's lakefront Catskills home exceeded all our expectations! The house is perfectly designed for group gatherings, with multiple comfortable living spaces that allowed our friends to either come together or find quiet moments. We had private chefs come for a couple of dinners and they had everything they needed to create memorable meals. The lake views are absolutely stunning. What truly set this experience apart was Vincent's exceptional hospitality - he was incredibly responsive and accommodating when we experienced travel issues, going above and beyond what was required. This thoughtfully designed lake house with its beautiful surroundings and attentive host made for the perfect meeting spot for our friend group. We'd gladly return!

This was our second time staying at Julius’ beautiful home on the Delaware River. We absolutely love the location, the river access, and waking up to the view from the back deck every morning. The house is spacious and fit our family of five plus another relative with room to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our gracious host!

We had a truly lovely stay with our two young children. The location is truly stunning. Waking and being able to look out at the river was incredibly relaxing. The house was beautifully and thoughtfully designed. It felt modern, clean and free from clutter, but also very cozy and inviting. It was well stocked and Tim was very responsive and friendly. The location really is special. We enjoyed fishing from the bank and having fires in the cool Spring nights. We can’t wait to be back for another stay! We all got some much needed R&R! 10/10, best rental! The house felt like a hotel - it was immaculately clean with beautiful decor and in an ideal location. They put a lot of thought into it, there were so many little things we weren't expecting from an Airbnb that made this one top notch. We appreciated the fluffy clean towels and toiletries they provided. They had a whole section of baby items stored neatly in the garage and we used the baby monitor to keep an eye on the kiddos during the night. We really enjoyed the kayaks with life jackets in adult and kid sizes. They even thought to provide things like waterproof cell phone cases to take on the kayaks! They also had a small cooler, tons of beach chairs and lawn games. The location of the house is great, there's a little beach around the corner and 1 min drive into a part of town with some nice restaurants. We took a recommendation from the house's Insta-page and went on an easy hike on the boardwalk section of the Appalachian trail! It was a great time!

Clean, beautiful property. Excellent, accommodating hosts. Note dock is removed in winter and not available until May which was not reflected in original description but has been updated. We hope to return again.

Great little ski condo right by the slopes

Perfect place for skiers. Cozy and very clean. Very close to the Hunter mountain. Karoline helped me with places to eat and was very attentive. 100% satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Beautiful apartment. Has many kitchen necessities and cooking spices, didn’t have to go out for anything other than the food we were cooking. Has nice communal shared space with the other buildings, including a nice and large communal hot tub and pool. Would definitely come back again!

Listen I used to be a host. This is how it’s done. Gerry’s accommodations were spectacular. Felt right at home . Clean. Hot shower. Comfortable surroundings. Close to all the hot spots. Even on this quiet weekend. I plan to return very very soon
