We loved the view so much, we bought the condo! After owning on The Island for seven years, we finally made the condo ours with a full renovation/redecoration. Now, our amazing third story view of Lake Travis within the luxurious 'Island at Lake Travis' is even nicer! You can enjoy the view of the lake with one of the three beautiful pools in the foreground and undeveloped Pace Bend Park in the background. Or, enjoy the Mediterranean style condominium complex located on the private island.

Experience our stunning deep waterfront villa on a private island. Enjoy lake views from the top floor with elevator access. Relax in swimming pools, hot tubs, and sauna. Stay active with the fitness center, salon spa, pickle ball or tennis courts. Then, enjoy our weekend restaurant. Watch boats cruise by from the balcony at sunset and enjoy the deer that come on the island. Due to severe allergic reactions, we are unable to accept animals.

Come enjoy the enchanting sunsets (and sunrises for you early birds!) that this welcoming property has to offer. This 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,600 square feet home fits 11 and is the perfect place for friends, family, and pets to come together and create some unforgettable memories. Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
