The location was amazing. Simply waking up everyday to the sun shining on the river was enough to wash away your worries. Even when it was cloudy, the view was simply stunning. We will visit again, if we don’t move to the area sooner!

This was a great place to spend the weekend with the guys! This place had plenty of room and lots of amenities! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Stay was great! The kitchen had everything you could need and the space was clean. Good location and super close drive to skiing at Granite Peak. We accidentally forgot some stuff at the Airbnb and Janet was super flexible with getting the stuff!

Was the perfect spot for our group of 8. Very nice bedrooms/beds, functional kitchen and good group spaces for hanging out. Close to granite peak. Great communication. Will definitely stay again

We had a great time! We planned on skiing at Granite Peak, which is about 15-20 min away, it snowed several inches after we arrived. The owner came over and plowed the drive which was super nice. They were also very accommodating during our stay.

The house and amenities were a lot of fun for the group that stayed. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

Our stay was great. It was clean and had all of the listed amenities when we arrrived. There was enough space for all of our guests and a pet. We loved being able to grill and spend time outside. Jennifer’s instructions were clear and detailed and through our minimal contact, her communication was very sufficient.

overall amazing location and a fair price. we encounter a couple of minor issues with the place but the host was one of the quickest and most helpful we have worked with! thanks Amanda for the quick responses to get us settled in.

Great place to stay! Spacious kitchen and living room! The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend if you're in the area and have a group! Hosts were communicative and friendly!

The Chouse was an amazing space. We had an extended stay here and it was perfect for our needs. It was a great location for our family in Wausau and a perfect place to bring the grandkids over for the day. We had room to play games and do crafts. They loved the air hockey and Pac-Man games. We had several tournaments. We would highly recommended this place for a family gathering.

This place is fantastic, and we'll for sure be back. There was plenty of space for us all to gather, kick back, and relax. We had everything we could have wanted & needed. Loved the bar/game room and nature trail. Had everything we needed for nightly grill outs and bonfires. Very peaceful and serene. Hoping to come back during the summer for some fun on the water. Dawn was very responsive, and we so appreciated being able to include our pups on our vacation.

The house seems bigger on the inside! That is what stood out most. There were three private bedrooms, and one room with many beds. Heaters were provided in the "cooler" areas on the porch and upstairs, nice to have. I felt like the beds were decently comfortable and there was adequate bedding throughout. One thing to note, there was only one two-prong outlet in the bathroom, but for us it was fine - However I know some people travel with lots of hair appliances so thought I would point it out, there is a blow dryer provided in the bathroom. There is a second toilet located in the basement, but for all practical purposes - just the one bathroom. The house was great size for all 4 of us. Plenty of space. The driveway is very narrow and long with cement retaining wall on one side, and bushes on the other... use caution if you have large SUV. But nice to have off-street parking. The kitchen was small but very cute. Would book again.

This house was great for our group of 10 for a ski weekend at Granite Peak. It had everything we needed! A very warm and cozy stay. About 5 minutes from the ski resort. We highly recommend this spot & hope to make it an annual trip!

Anna’s place was wonderful! The lake was beautiful and peaceful — a perfect spot for a family get-together. She was also kind enough to let us check out at 2 p.m., which gave us extra time to enjoy kayaking before heading out. We really appreciated it and had an amazing time!

Shannon's place was perfect for our family trip to the local ski area. The nearby location allowed for a midday break with hot tub therapy for sore muscles. Having access to a dryer was indispensible for refreshing mittens and snowpants for the next outing. The well stocked kitchen and the outdoor grill made for easy homecooked meals. We were able to relax in the evenings and play games from the on hand stash. The night sky was gorgeous from the deck. Everyone slept well on the comfortable beds. We want to say thank you one more time for creating this wonderful getaway where our family made great memories.

LOVED this place!! Such a cute, well maintained, private, peaceful, clean, comfortable farm stay on an amazing property with a lot to do in any season. I loved the hot tub. Didn't have time to use the sauna but it looked amazing from the outside! Very cool to see the lake and farm animals too. Jolynne was very friendly and had a lot of good clear instructions. Strongly recommend!
