Colorful Restored Red Brick with Backyard Patio

Downstairs you’ll have access to your own private duplex, screened in front porch, a newly furnished living and dining room, half bath and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The front door is just inside a screened in porch, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a complimentary washer and dryer in the basement. You are also welcome to enjoy the back yard and patio's gas grill and fire pit. The backyard and patio are a shared space my family also uses, if you wish to have a private evening under our outdoor lights just let me know and I will happily accommodate you. You will have a completely private stay with 2 separate entrances to choose from. We live on the other side of the duplex, I try to give you privacy as you check in with the key code but I am always available able to answer any questions that may arise during your stay! My home also offers membership to a 24/7 Gym that is a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk! The property is a short walk from coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and a Saturday morning farmer's market. We are close to 2 major highways for easy on/off access. Our home is just 2 blocks to high street where public transit can take you directly to Ohio State University or downtown Columbus. Columbus also offers convenient Uber or Lyft ride services.

NO HIDDEN FEES!! Rustic 2 bedroom log cabin between Mansfield and Bellville, approx 1 mile from Snow Trails. Country setting, but less than 5 min drive from shopping (Walmart) and several restaurant options. Less than 30 min drive to Mohican State Park and the Mid Ohio Race Car Course, 45 min drive to Amish country. Minutes from local wedding venues. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking, large screen smart TV, high speed internet, central AC, fireplace (electric), outdoor fire ring.

Spacious 2 BR home, just minutes from Berlin, OH.

This spacious home is located in the heart of Ohio's Amish country, on a beautiful township road just 3 miles from downtown Berlin! This 1,800 sq ft space features TWO BEDROOMS and a large front porch. The living area is spacious! NEW ADDITIONS: All New Flooring in 2021, a ping pong table and a brand new 75” tv! A beautiful, full kitchen awaits you with a full range, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Coffee and snacks are supplied. Our guests have access to DIRECTV and free wifi.

Our "Comfy I" apartment is part of a renovated historic duplex built in 1910! Located in Weinland Park, you can easily walk to many trendy spots like Condado, BrewDog, and more! Our duplex next door is also available (Urban I and Urban II). We host cats and dogs for $35/pet/day. See allowable dog breeds below. 2 parking spots are available directly behind your side of the home. On-street parking is $5/day. Pet and parking fees will be adjusted after the reservation is made.

Historic 1860’s home in quaint Deersville, Amish Country nearby, beautiful sport lakes, perfect for families, fishing, hunting. Parties and events are not allowed. Spacious, 1 hour from Pittsburg, WiFi, SmartTV, large gourmet kitchen, shower/steam sauna, soaking tub, outdoor hot tub, antiques mixed with contemporary art, and Appalachian Ohio country beauty year round. EBL-Everything but lace! Pets are permitted but must be kenneled when you’re away! Pet fee is $75, two maximum.

Newly Remodeled...... Recently Reduced Price

This home is a three bedroom ranch. It is newly updated. All of the mattresses have recently been replaced and have memory foam toppers. It is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very large and has plenty of room for several people to be working at the same time. There is seating for eight people. The backyard is private and includes a small patio area with a grill, table and four chairs. There is also a fire pit. It is the perfect place to start and end your day.

Hidden Valley Farm --Scenic View Walkout

Situated on a scenic hill in a wooded country setting, it’s like waking up in a state park every morning. Just 20 minutes East of Columbus in Alexandria, Oh. Forget the city noise and enjoy wooded hiking trails just outside your door. This apartment has its own private driveway and entrance and is totally separate from our space. Unique Kabin in the Woods

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. If you choose to stay a few nights longer, make a request to ABNB at least 6 hours in advance. To be sure it is completed. Thanks Mark

Orchard House- Treebox

Modern rustic chalet type house set in Amish Country! The neighborhood is a very rural, peaceful area with horses clopping down the country roads. Wineries and restaurants nearby for those adventurous days when you want to venture out of this haven of peace. Pets are not allowed on our beds and there will be a $20 fee added per bed if there is evidence of pets on the beds.
