This is my second time staying at the villa and I had an amazing time with my guests. Carolien is really helpful and always responsive to any questions. I look forward to visiting again.

Schönes Haus direkt am Meer. Die befahrene Küstenstraße A7 hört man nicht, nur das Meeresrauschen!! Wir wären gern länger geblieben!!

Place in very nice. View to ocean, warmed & electronically coverable pool (+31 degrees) was nice & warm at february, when weather can be colder in some days. Separate guesthouse was nice for some extra privacy for those who needed it. We could easily accomodate 12 people. Location is nice and private. You can easily walk to the beach and from beach to Marbella center. There is also football yard and other activities by the near beach. Owner Marc is helpfull and providing good tips for Marbella. Would come again.

The villa was stunning, me and my 9 friends stayed for my 30th. We opted for the warm pool and was worth it. 20 mins to Puerto Banus and 10 minutes to breathe breakfast. Kitchen amenities were class and all the bedrooms were a good size. Nacho was very responsive and answered any questions I had quick. He also accommodated our late check out which was a relief. Hairdryers and iron board was good. Bed was comfy in my opinion. Showers were always hot, I liked the long table outside for drinks. Air con was good with the remote control addition. Supermarkets were 10 minutes walk away. Some tea and coffee was provided. Room was edited based on our preferences of single or double beds. Nah I sorted out a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was cheap and classy. It’s a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Natalie & Kate were very communicative and helped us to plan our stay in Gibraltar with recommendations of places to visit and things to do. Their accommodation was in the exact location we were looking for and was very clean and homely. Their accommodation price for 3 nights was a good deal considering the location right on the beach. Their arrival and check out instructions were detailed and useful. They visited us during our stay to check that all was well and when we had a few issues with getting the WiFi working, came and sorted it out very quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable of Gibraltar, we wouldn’t hesitate to book their accommodation again if visiting Gibraltar.

Vi havde 6 skønne overnatninger i Villa Giovanni, hvor vi fejrede 60 års fødselsdag. Villaen ligger perfekt i forhold til by og strand. Vi var en gruppe på 11 voksne og 6 små børn, og alle nød faciliteterne, ikke mindst den dejlige opvarmede pool. Vi havde BBQ service den ene dag, og det fungerede super godt. Sødt personale og lækker mad. En nabo kom forbi lige da vi ankom, og sagde der var store problemer med larm fra huset…vi var lige ankommet og selvfølgelig “larmer” 17 mennesker, når alle ankommer samtidig og biler, kufferter, børn og voksne skal ind på samme tid. Ved ikke om det var pga et tidligere selskab, men vi synes selv vi var respektfulde for naboerne. Ikke nemt, at være musestille, når 17 mennesker, herunder 6 legeglade børn er samlet. Der er var intet problem med naboer de efterfølgende dage, så tænker naboerne har haft problemer med tidligere gæster. Tænker ikke det er et sted for et larmede/festende selskab, men for en familie, som bare vil hygge, er dette sted perfekt

Comfortable, central, cosy house located in central old town. Near restaurants, cafes, bar & the beach. Private terrace on upper floor was our favourite feature. Would recommend for solo travellers or couples.

This is a fabulous 4-storey house on a lovely well-kept complex. Alistair was clear on how to enter the property and was very quick to respond to a query I had. Enough crockery, cutlery & glasses for more than 10 guests is provided. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and they are finished to a very good standard. We were a group of 10 ladies and we enjoyed it immensely!! Definitely would recommend it.

The villa is a lovely place to stay. Large, spacious & modern. Pool not heated but that didn’t bother my child. Need a car or use Uber to get around. Restaurant over the road is fantastic. The weather was very bad during our stay so didn’t walk around the area so not sure what else is close by.

We have loved our stay at Karin’s place, the location is great, the garden is beautiful and Karin has been a really good host!

Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Man ist direkt im Urlaubsmodus. Es gibt gleich drei unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten an denen man direkt am Haus die Sonne genießen kann. Die Anlage drum rum ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Es ist entspannt / ruhig und nicht weit weg von allem was man sehen will. Tolle Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise durch Andalusien. Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang. Immer wieder gerne!

This is a beautiful villa in and excellent location, walking distance to a large supermarket and restaurants. Really easy to access the main highway by car. There was an unavoidable issue with the pool for our first few days but the whole team were so quick to resolve it and super communicative throughout and once it was up and running we loved it! We had a really great stay, Amie is a fantastic host!

Lovely stay - loads of space and really relaxing- hope to come again!

Tilava huvila rauhallisella alueella. Majoitus vastasi kuvausta ja majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti jos jotain kysyttävää ilmeni. Huoneissa hyvin tilaa ja vessojen sekä suihkujen lukumäärä riittävä. Hyvänä lisänä se, että auton saa parkkiin lukkojen taakse, mikä helpottaa esimerkiksi aktiivilomaijoiden elämää kummasti!

We had a fantastic stay at Tessa's villa where we spent 12 days to celebrate my mother's 80th. The villa itself is exactly like in the pictures, with lovely furniture and super comfortable. There are plenty of toys and children books which kept the kids entertained. Most of the time they wanted to play in the pool which they loved. This time of the year the water is still quite cool, especially for our toddler so we opted for the pool to be heated and that worked out really well. The villa has a beautiful sea view and the area is generally nice and quiet. You need a car, as it residential and up a hill but there is plenty of parking space infront of the villa. Due to the location we could do daytrips to e.g. Marbella and Gibraltar which are only half an hour's drive away. Tessa as a host was fantastic and super responsive when we had any questions. All in all we loved our time there and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Una casa acogedora y familiar como en las fotos. Con equipamiento muy completo, limpia, ordenada y despejada Los niños han sido muy felices aquí.

Ricardo’s place met our expectations, clean, coffee, hot water and confortable, walkable to the main plaza and Gibraltar crossing. The morning coffee at the roof, breath taking!

The property is lovely and provides excellent accommodation. Cheryl is a superb host, and we would gladly stay again. The home is fantastic, impeccably clean, and the arrival and departure instructions were exceptionally clear.

Excellent communication. Everything was exactly like the photos. Great check in process and close to fantastic restaurants. The beach is a few steps. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in Elviria even though the weather was mixed. There’s lots to do & the proximity of the house to the beach is great. One thing that might be worth mentioning is the amount of construction work being carried out near the house at the moment. While it didn’t bother us too much, other Clients might appreciate prior notice. Overall we were very happy & would recommend the house to anyone. Marta was a fantastic host.

We’ve just arrived back from a hen party in Susana and Jose’s villa and I cannot speak highly enough of it. The photos simply don’t do the villa justice - it is so spacious and cleaned immaculately. There were 11 of us and even if there were more of us, there was so much room for everyone. The garden with the pool felt very private and it was a brilliant space. Everything we could possibly want was there and Jose was so welcoming when we arrived. Susana’s communication prior to our visit was so helpful - she recommended a private chef - Erwin Macias from km0 Marbella - and both the service and food were absolutely amazing, we would highly recommend him to anyone! The villa is in a quiet area within walking distance to a supermarket and beautiful beach. We got Ubers to both the old town and Puerto Banus which were about 15 minutes away and easy to get. A huge thank you to Susana and José again - we’d love to come back and we’ve already recommended the villa to friends and family!
