Te Tiro Cottage Two & Glowworms

We have two beautiful “Pioneer-style” cottages nestled in amongst the stunning Waitomo landscape. Enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the central North Island and mountains in our two self-contained, pioneer-style cottages (sleep 4 persons). - Cottage set-up to sleep 4 people - 2 Adults and 2 children - 2 Couple (Cozy) The price is for a up to 4 guests. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We are a 15-20 minute drive past the Waitomo Village so it pays to eat before you come up or bring supplies with you. There is a two element cook top and a microwave. The cottage is one room with a queen bed down and a small loft above that has two single mattresses in it. Cosy but cute. Each cottage has its own bathroom about 8 steps from the cottage. We would love you to come and share our little piece of paradise. The accommodation is nestled within a bush setting on top of a hill where you can see out over the whole central north Island. You even have your own grotto only meters from your door where you can sit quietly surrounded by a galaxy of Glow-worms. Enjoy the starry nights and peace and quiet of the country. You are more them welcome to wander around the farmland and enjoy the fantastic views, check out the Dab Chick Pond and beautiful native bush. Amazing views/Glowworms/Native bush/Caves/Black Water Rafting. If we are not going to be home there is still family around to help out if needed. Check in is from 3pm/ check out at 10am.

Studio accomodation overlooking Marina, breakfast

This is a pretty little light & sunny, self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Breakfast supplies including muesli, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast. Fiber B/Band. Not fancy accommodation. Good quality linen and comfortable bed.

Taupo Acacia Bay Haven, BEST amazing lake views.

Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views, only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town!Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 4 unless a request for 5 is made which involves an extra charge. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. Our rustic guesthouse is set in our back garden along with a Giant Flemish bunny, chickens and our 7 year old Labrador Rex. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, basic TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & heaps of love for our home

"Punga Lodge" the Mountain Sanctuary

Punga Lodge is 20 mins SE of Cambridge 10 mins from Lake Karapiro, hosting everything from Rowing World Cups to Hydroplane racing, waterski comps and triathalons. It is 20 mins away from Hobbiton and the entrance to MEI Sanctuary. Being 1 hr drive from Raglan, Mt Maunganui, Taupo and Rotorua. Views over Whakaipo Bay

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked small kitchen, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Luxurious Lake Taupo Two Bedroom Apartment. "Wow!"

Beautiful two bedroom apartment. Luxurious design based on passive solar house concepts, super insulated with triple glazing, heat recovery ventilation, stunning pv solar panels and polished concrete floors. Full kitchen. This is the perfect place to rest & relax! Easy 15 minute walk to lake Taupo or five minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just around the corner from Taupo DeBretts thermal pools. Adventure is on your doorstep with the lake and rivers, mountains and thermal wonders!

Welcome! If you are looking for a place to rest on your journey, or if you'd like to make this your temporary home away from home, this is the perfect place for you. We have our own private Lake Access. This is a downstairs and self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is around 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. Rainbows End Cottage

A cute, clean and cosy cottage in a peaceful and secluded native bush setting. Only a 2 minute stroll to the Lake or the beautiful spring fed Waitahanui River, and 10 minutes from the centre of Taupo township. 58 inch LED TV, Blu Ray DVD and movies as well as a heat pump air conditioner and free WiFi. Linen and bedding is provided. Spa is only available May 1st to September 30th. Please send an enquiry regarding pets prior to sending a booking request.
