I highly recommend this place , everything is clean when it comes to bathroom, kitchen and bed. And the spot of this unit is very nice because you will see the beach and so far this is the best Airbnb that we try and when it comes to the host , the host is responsive about our concerns . I would love to stay here again .

Another great stay in Gorans Unit. It's my home away from home amd go to airbnb in Lapu Lapu. Shower Great Bed Amazing...Washing machine is a plus.....Please read some of my previous reviews for a more in depth review for this unit. There was also a new water heater installed while I was there this time. Something that I haven't mentioned before there is a basketball in the unit and I recently put up 2 new nets at the basketball court just across the street if anyone is looking to shoot some hoops. Great way to work up a sweat. Oh and Ms. Muna is a fabulous host always makes the place extra tidy 10/10

체크인시 서류작업의 오류로인하여 시간이 지체된게 아쉬움 수영장에 관한 업데이트가 없어서 아쉬움 역시 막탄비치 입장에서도 서류등록이 안되어있어 어려움을 겪음 와이파이가 안되었음 솔직히 말해서 숙소 위치나 경치는 완벽함 하지만 높은 금액에 비해선 서비스가 흡족하다고 말못함 경치는 만족하고 매부 청결도는 케바케일듯. 양아치 처럼 별점테러하기 싫어서 별점은 저렇게 주었지만 솔직한 전체적인 내평점은 5.8점 정도임 만약 이용금액을 낮춘다면 다시갈 용의는 있음 단 서류작업이 완벽하다는 전제하에.

AllyXander has been one of the great Hosts I've stayed on an Airbnb so far. Auntie Mercy who helped us checked in and out is a very nice person who maintained the place in very good condition. We've enjoyed our stay during 1st of January. Guards are very welcoming and very helpful in finding the place for us. Recommended for family who's planning to have some small games in the listing like pinot henyo.

The responsiveness of the host, Angelica, and the peacefulness of the unit are outstanding. The unit was super clean as we arrived. Checkin and checkout time were easy to arrange for our own convenience. Netflix is the host subscription so you don’t even have to have a Netflix account to enjoy movies. If you’re a gym addict then I recommend you mention that upfront when you consider renting there. The pool is great, outstanding in terms of length and low occupancy, but access to the gym is limited. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my choice and would definitely return!😊

I loved it.. the check in process went good. the guards at building work extremely nice and helpful. it was just a few minutes walk to Ayala center block mall ( which I highly recommend the Hassan middle eastern cousine restaurant on ground floor), in IT park. Beautiful swimming pool behind building.

The place is a lot better than what I anticipated! Location is amazing! Everything you need is near by, two 7 elevens, Starbucks next door, currency exchange 2 minute walk, a fast dryer that cost roughly 100 pesos to use. A really good barber shop. McDonald’s lots of restaurants near by. The home was lovely. I felt I really enjoyed everything !

Kind, knowledgable host. When there was a problem with the air conditioning he had it fixed right away. We were very happy with the place and his responsiveness.
