Indulge yourself in lakeside comfort and luxury! This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse apartment creates an inviting and sophisticated feel the moment you walk in. From the living room enjoy Devine Lake and city views. For a cozy winter holiday there is underfloor heating and for Summer you have two air-conditioning units. There is complimentary Wifi in the apartment. The complex has a year-round heated pool and spa, a gym and Sauna. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

Casa da Karina

Casa da Karina was built in 1932 as part of Muritai Homestead. Now it is my home, full of character and charm, perfect to welcome friends and family. My dog Lola is only acting as a model but won’t be here during your stay. Our Cat however, stays. In the so called "green circle" of Havelock North. It is a 7-10 minute stroll into the Village where all shops and restaurants are at walking distance: even Te Mata Peak. Wineries and beaches are a short drive away. You’ll enjoy Casa da Karina.

“Peace” of Paradise

Private new home nestled amongst native trees in beautiful Acacia Bay, just 10 minutes to town. 5 minute walk to the lake. Located in a gated community with swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, tennis courts, plus our own private spa on the deck. This home is perfect for families or just a nice weekend break away from your life of hustle n bustle. Although we state 6 people, there is a fold out couch which children aged about 8 and under could use. You’re very welcome to bring air beds.

On the Edge of Town Apartment

Unwind in this stylish first-floor apartment, perfectly positioned just 200 metres from the lake’s edge. Tucked on the outskirts of town, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy while still being only minutes from Taupō’s cafés, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, this is the perfect base. Stroll to the lake for a swim, cycle the lakeside paths, or explore the town centre just a walk away. In a secure apartment complex with swimming pool and gym .

Cabin life in the country

2 cabins side by side with a forever changing view. Peace and quiet in the country to relax and unwind with family or friends. Each cabin is identical with a queen size bed, fridge, microwave and tv. There’s a spa pool between the 2 cabins. A bbq to cook your dinner on. The ablution block consists of a shower and toilet which is 10 metres away from the cabins . Attached is an outside sink to wash any dishes. There’s also a gym to use which is free to guests.

Modern Apartment on the Lakefront - Waimahana 12

Waimahana apartment 12 is a modern self contained apartment located on the top floor of the complex. The perfect spot for a couple’s getaway. Enjoy the facilities on offer at the complex including the year round heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gymnasium and secure underground carpark . This cozy, modern apartment features a full kitchen, bathroom, living space, bedroom (that can be closed off by a sliding door), and a small balcony that offers a glimpse of the water.

It’s in striking distance and an easy walk to the whole Taupo central district: one block from everything, the waterfront with beautiful walks and rides, all the restaurants, shops and hub of the action. On top of surprising proximity to everything, it’s also just far enough away to get that sense of peace and quiet at the Apartment. The apartment itself is modern, tidy and functional with a lovely sun-drenched kitchen, lounge and super generous private courtyard/garden.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!
