This house was excellent for our extended family gathering – the kids loved the table tennis room, the oldies loved the view, and we all loved the direct access to the beach. Regent Cottage was a lovely space for my friends and I to share for the weekend - nice and warm on arrival with the heat pump on; bottle of wine and other supplies were a welcome touch. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to everything, and a nice spacious property outdoors as well. Debra was quick and clear on communications when I needed to make an amendment to my booking. Great shower pressure and plenty of towels :) would love to stay again.

A perfect rental in Wellington. The house is very well located, in a quiet neighborhood close to the waterfront. A 10-minute walk from the city center. The house has all the comforts and amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The bedding is impeccable. And what can I say about Carolyn? She is an excellent owner, always available to her guests and extremely kind. This house is ideal for groups, families, or even couples. I will return with great pleasure.

Matt and David were super friendly to chat with and had great communication right from booking their place to us checking out. The cottage is beautifully maintained and was exactly what we were looking for- the bikes were an added bonus. We are already planning our next stay here!

This is an amazing place to stay for a relaxing weekend in Martinborough. Easy to get to and very private. The place is beautiful and the outdoor space is a real treat after a long day at the vineyards. We will definitely be back! Thanks Taylor!
