The 16% tax for Town of Mammoth is already included in pricing, not added “fee” at time of “reservation request” like other host! You can be on top of “Mammoth Mountain” and ski back to our garage door if there is snow on the road. I am amazed how many people that frequent "Mammoth Lakes" never knew that places like ours existed until they stayed at our place. During the summer we have arguably the best pool in all of "Mammoth" with incredible views of the mountains and a relaxing sun deck!!!

No need to worry about resort parking when you can ski in and out via the ski-back trail (weather permitting)! During summer, take lift and bike directly via downtown trail to condo, drive to Yosemite (45 min), and paddle board on one of several lakes.

Excellent amenities include covered parking (no more digging the car out of snow), 1Gb wifi, cable TV, and sauna. The shuttle bus stops right outside the front door.
