Beach front property at Rosedale on NSW south coast. Directly overlooking exclusive Nuns Beach accessible from a private path from the yard to the beach, the property is set next to state forest with echidna. Cutlery and crockery for 12 is provided in a full kitchen with cookware and coffee machine. Internal dining table seats 10 with outdoor table for 8-10, gas barbecue and sun lounges. Set in a serene setting, the 2700 sqm yard is secluded with no proximate neighbours. Pet friendly.

Pet Friendly Summer Beachside Bushland Hideaway

Welcome to your secluded and dog friendly beachside escape! Tucked away on a small headland boasting the quiet and hidden Circuit Beach, this beachside delight is your little piece of paradise on the south coast! This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

ShoreBreak

Make some memories at this unique, cosy beach house. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

Beckon by the Sea

Beckon by the Sea is nestled amongst spotted gums with views of the ocean in idyllic Lilli Pilli. It's a 100m walk to the perfect child friendly Circuit Beach. With recent renovations, this 1950s 3-bed cottage is now spacious, light-filled and fitted out with quality furnishings and inclusions to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably sleeps six with two queen and two single beds. Linen is included.

Please make Namaste 'your home' during your stay. Beautifully positioned, 'Namaste' is across the road from the beach, park and shops, so all you need to do is simply park your car, unpack and then enjoy your holiday. Laze on the beach, the upstairs deck or the downstairs entertainment area...

Broulee is a little slice of paradise on the south coast of NSW. This guest house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

This renovated beach house is perfectly positioned with panoramic sea views and only a short stroll along the cliff-top reserve to a beautiful secluded beach. Exceptionally private location on a large block with native bush, birds and wildlife. This house captures the essence of a beach holiday - it is open and light, with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and aged oak floors. It is tastefully decorated for a very comfortable stay.
