Best location on the Asian side

The flat is very near to the seaside, only 2 minutes walking. The minibus street and Marmaray train, buses are only 5 minutes away. There r a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants around. The aria is very quiet, peaceful. Our flat is on the second floor with no elevator. We have 2 bedrooms with a double and a single bed plus a sofa you can sleep on in the living room. No smoking inside, but on the balkony, where we have a table and chairs. We speak in Turkish, Hungarian, English, Italian, French

My home in Asian side in the Kartal, Location is very good and safety place. On foot to go metro just 8 min and shopping mall just 5 min. So you can reach anywhere very easy. Also you can take a taxi, bus or metro for europen side, close to Princess ısland, kadiköy, Marmara, Sabiha Gokcen Airport and Kartal pier
