The unit is cozy and clean, though a bit small, it has most of what we need - considering the price, its worth it. The co-hosts are responsive and accomodating of requests, had no problems from check-in to check-out. The free amenities of The Residences such as the pool and gym are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely want to come back here again some time.

This place is very accommodating. Simple but elegant and minimalist. Clean and organize. I really love their kitchen though "ignorante sa mga gamit" kasi they are all high-tech well for me. What I love the most is the kitchen island "parang ayaw ko tumigil sa kakalinis" The kids love the pool "as usual" over all stay is very homely. We will surely back.. Thank you guys..

Cute and minimalist unit located right in the heart of the metro—close to hospitals, malls, and essential spots. The community is peaceful and welcoming. The host was very kind and accommodating; she patiently waited for us to check in even though we arrived very late at 1 AM. We truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommended!

Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! Kriselda’s place is very cozy and highly functional. All the things you need are already there, including drinking water, you just need to bring your other consumables like food, ice and charcoal for the grill. The pool and room is just of the right size for family of max 12 (with kids). I like that they have water heater in one of the showers that helps relieve kids’ shiver after swimming. Hosts are very responsive. I can’t think of any cons to point out as everything is clean and comfortable.

We had a great time at Casa Bisita! Once you are in, it feels like you are transported in a secluded and peaceful space where you can relax. Air conditioners are working well, the beds are comfy, and the pool is so inviting. You can lounge there without worrying you’ll get super sunburned. There’s a tree beside and it will create like a shade over the pool. A great place to stay especially during summer. The only thing to take note is that going to the place is a bit of a challenge as the street is narrow— but that is something out of the host’s control. All in all, I highly recommend Casa Bisita. If you are looking for a relaxing and private place near the metro— go check this out!

We rented the unit as a prep area for my wedding, and I’m so glad we chose this place! The host was incredibly generous in accommodating all my requests, making the experience smooth and stress-free. He was very responsive, kind, and approachable the entire time. The unit itself truly lives up to its name — cozy, aesthetic, and very clean. It had everything we needed: fresh bath towels, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a hot shower, and even two TVs — one in the living area and one in the bedroom. We also had a lot of fun with the Xbox and the board games provided. Thanks to the host’s amazing hospitality, he helped make my wedding day even more memorable. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Ms Jocelyn’s place is a gem! Communication with Ms Jocelyn is easy and clear, she responds really quick and she is very proactive. As soon as I book the place, she immediately tries to accommodate with your travel plans. Her instructions with check in and check out is clear and no issues at all. As soon as you check in the place, right by the her fridge she has all the instructions, down to the amenities that are available within the community. Security in the rental is definitely on point. I felt safe walking around the compound even at night. She ensures that your stay is amazing, i didn’t even have any issues because she already addressed everything prior to check in, in my case, a few days before my check in. I definitely felt at home in her rental, everything I needed was inside, and if i needed more, she has notified me of stores that are available within the compound. I definitely recommend this place. Five stars all around. I Will definitely rent it again!
