This cozy apartment features modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere creating an inviting space for both short and long stays. The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, combined microwave/oven and dishwasher, making meal prep easy and convenient. The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, providing comfort during colder months.

In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

The bar is open only for the guests of the Nomad Hostels and hosts pub nights, karaoke nights and other events for our guests regularly. The hostel is perfect for anyone who wants to experience Stockholm’s city life being in the middle of where everything happens.

Your stay includes free Wi-Fi, a basic channel selection, bed linen, towels, shower & hand soap, as well as weekly and final cleaning. Enjoy your stay!

Private Double Room with Shared Bathroom

This 11 sqm private room is ideal for one to two people, with one 140 cm bed. The room is on the fourth floor and is located close everything in the building. These rooms include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi as well as a small refrigerator, and fold out dinner table/workspace with a chair. You have access to a shared kitchen and dining/living room area and several shared bathrooms and showers. In addition, there is a shared laundry room available.
