Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. 1,100 sq ft home. Quiet setting at our working winery. Spectacular views of the Cascade Mt's and Columbia Valley. Perfect location for nearby activities: Gorge concerts(40 mi), skiing/snowboarding (19 mi), hiking, golfing, with quick access to Leavenworth, Wenatchee & Chelan. Expansive single story 5 star accommodations minutes from Costco, Fred Myers and Hydro Park. Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths with 2 game rooms, there is plenty of room to hang together or spread out and get a little space.
