We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is an air mattress available.

We have planted grass on all our hillsides this year - these hillsides become fun-packed sledding hills once we have had a decent snowfall or two! so, if you are coming in the winter, pack your sleds!

We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.
