The hotel and the room was exceptional. The room opened to a pool and a sea view. The hotel staff was extremely warm and the place was aesthetically decorated and well maintained. It was a wonderful experience with exceeded expectations

Sebastio is always ready to help and will definitely recommend for a trip to North Goa for budget travelers .. The room has everything that you need .. Clean linen, hot water and good security with a great location at an excellent price.

An amazing place to stay if you want to enjoy nature and serene beaches of south Goa. The rooms were very neat and clean. The best part of this stay was its staff (very polite and helpful) Special thanks to Bijaya who went extra mile and allocated the room before the check in time and helped us throughout the stay. The breakfast served was really good. I’d highly recommend.

We stayed here for about 10 days for an event, felt comfortable and at home. For the price point, good set of amenities and excellent location at a couple minutes walk to Miramar beach and other essentials in the surrounding. Priti is an excellent host, very responsive at any time, despite having a full time business to operate. She was also helpful and resourceful. I definitely recommend.

Comodissima e simpatica struttura a 300 m dal mare, ottimo prezzo, camera pulita ed accessoriata, A/C perfetta, molti servizi disponibili in reception. Consiglio di prendere a noleggio lo scooter davanti, è comodissimo esplorare nord-Goa con il mezzo, e molto eceonomico, adifferenza del taxi. Candolim è stata un'ottima scelta, per la bellezza della spiaggia e la ricchezza dei servizi e dei ristoranti, inoltre è un'ottima base per l'esplorazione. A Per Avel abbiamo chiesto una stanza silenziosa e in effetti la nostra era silenziosissima, l'unica in India dove ho dormito senza tappi per le orecchie (sono molto sensibile al rumore). Il wi-fi funziona solo nella lobby, ma il prezzo è davvero conveniente e consiglio di comprare una sim indiana per avere internet durante tutto il viaggio.

The secret garden is like a hidden retreat, tastefully curated by Helene. From cute wind-chimes at the doors, antique furniture, colourful garden decor, a well-lit pool to an AMAZING BREAKFAST that she cooks for her guests, using the vegetables and fruits that she grew herself in her garden!!! You’d see a ‘chikoo’ tree right by the pool side, and all the other vegetables growing around. The place is luxurious and yet authentic, in contrast with the nature around it. It can inspire anyone to create, learn and just to live fully in the moment, for a while! They try to provide their guests with utmost convenience, from booking a scooter for their stay to arranging a pick-up and drop, from the airport. And the best part is, you won’t even realise when the house- keeping will just quickly fix your room, while you’ll be having your breakfast or taking a dip in the pool. As soon as you come back to your room, you’ll see your bed, all made, water bottle refilled with cold water, cleaned bathroom and used towels replaced with the fresh ones. Our stay lasted for 3 days and honestly, the beautiful memories from this place have hijacked everything else that we did in Goa.

Had a hard time reaching the place. The cab driver, in spite of speaking to host before we started the journey and having the location took us to a wrong place (Tito's lane) and then demanded double the cab fare to take us the extra 900m to the correct address. Proper street address should be given in the listing or after booking. When we book cab via GoaMiles app, not having the correct address is a handicap as can't select exact location in the app. This caused us to be dropped at wrong place and walking for 1km with luggage and old & kid family members. But once checked in, the experience was smooth.

Great place to stay. Flexible chekin time saved us. Staff is really helpful and decent.

We had a wonderful time at aColmeia. Dhruv is a wonderful host. Always ready to help w.r.t anything regarding the stay as well as some great recommendations. The community is pretty nice and they make you feel right at home. The place has a peaceful and close to nature vibe that very few places can match. Highly Recommended.

Our stay at this property was truly delightful! The place was absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture. The rooms were easy to access and looked just as depicted in the pictures, perfectly complementing the old architectural vibe. The surrounding lush greenery added to the charm, though we did encounter few insects—nothing unmanageable, though, given the natural setting. There is a beach 15 mins away from the place. The care taker was also very helpful with references for cabs and rentals. The private pool was great! Although we had to seek help from caretaker to fish out few insects before using it. Overall a perfect blend of heritage and comfort!

A couple of things were a hit and a miss but overall I loved the stay with a great view and proper amenities. God bless!

The place is really pretty and is nestled in the colorful corner of South Goa, from where the beach is just a walkable distance. The host was friendly and helpful; he allowed us to check in early as we arrived a little before the check-in time. The ambience of the place was lovely, and we loved our stay here.
