It was one of our best stays. The place was clean and felt peaceful. Anirudh was so helpful and was present at every step. I even called him at 11:30 at night and we responded well and solved our issue. I would definitely love to come here again.

The hospitality was warm and thoughtful—I really appreciated how understanding and welcoming the hosts were throughout. They went out of their way to make my birthday feel special, even letting my friends join in to celebrate with me, which meant a lot. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and their adorable pets added an extra layer of warmth to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, heartfelt stay.

A great place to stay if you want to be centrally located between Ramoji Film City, the airport, and the city. Snehal is very responsive, and the check-in process is smooth and hassle-free. Perfect for families and ideal for groups of 8–10 people. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The accommodation was really great, I visited Mohammad’s place with my parents and as soon as I booked the flat, Mohammad was very responsive. The check-in was quite smooth as Mohammad shared very specific instructions which made it super easy. He was proactive with his communication ensuring we don’t face any issues. The place was quite lovely, tad small though but quite cosy. As it was on ground floor, it’s very convenient for any elderly person. Hardly 10-15 mins walk to Birla Temple, Hussain Sagar Lake, Secretariat building, NTR gardens and 2 mins walk to Basheerbagh main road. Very close to a supermarket too. My stay was lovely and I’ll recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in the heart of the city!!!

Nice place to hang out especially with my bunch of students. Staffs were very cooperative and polite. Nice place for peaceful get together. Owner also turn out from nowhere just to check whether we are comfortable or not. It was a nice gesture from the owner. Will definitely come back again in winter, next time with a group of more than 30 people. I recommend this place for any type of get together. U have many options to hang out but customer service is what stands out among the all. Here we are fully satisfied with their services right from the owner to the caretakers not to forget to mention the support of Mr. Shekhar.

Fiesta Villa was a great stay with my family, we spent a wonderful time together especially my kids enjoyed alot. The Host Tapas was very responsive, loved the place, felt like home, would recommend my friends and family to visit the place.

If you are in financial District and need a spot for quick reach to some offices and US consulate then this place is for you. If you are like me who wants tongonout for a tea and breakfast in the morning then it's not easy. Restaurant are bit far and no street side food or Tea stall. But if you are here for meeting friends , relatives and visa appointment then perfect

The caretakers were also very attentive and friendly. The pool was clean, the garden was neat, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. It was such a joy to see both my pets and my family have such a great time. This stay turned out to be much better than we had imagined. Karthikeyan was right there when we arrived at his property. Although we had booked one room , but he was generous enough to allow us to choose any room in the property. If you love outdoors and natural water body, this is the place to visit. Me and my son went for swim in the lake which is adjacent to the property. Beware of the rocks and stones. This is not a sea beach. So please be careful. The food was homely and great. The cook has now become a celebrity. We spent a great evening chatting with karthik. Overall a great place to unwind and relax.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. Allowed a late check out without any hassle. The garden is lovely and a peaceful spot to hang out in. Really nice.

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy

Shantanu’s place was immaculate, I felt right at home. Location was pretty cool as well, almost everything (market, bars, beach) was in walking distance yet the area was calm and peaceful. Shantanu is a fun company to have around you, he communicated well and answered every query with utmost ease, made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I had an absolute blast this time in bombay and 84% credit goes to this bnb and the friends that I made here, would gladly recommend this place to all my friends!🌷✨

This place was just as advertised. Very spacious bungalow with a large plantation of trees. We loved the vibes of this villa as well as the delicious home cooking of the caterer. The maid and generator also made the stay more convenient. Would love to come back at the next opportunity!

We stay with family for a day. It was really nice stay and swimming pool is key which is clean and good in size. Place is very nice with lawn and others amenities. Vikas is always ready to help.
