It's a cottage house on a very quiet and peaceful place on the northeast side of the island. Consiste di un ingresso, soggiorno con camino, angolo pranzo, cucina e bagno di servizio al piano terra, tutti gli ambienti sono disposti intorno al patio. Al primo piano ci sono una camera matrimoniale, un bagno grande, un disimpegno con possibilità di un terzo letto. Al terzo livello c'è la terrazza attrezzata con sedute e tavolo per colazione.
