Stayed for 5 days as a family of 3 with our 3 year old son. The house was perfectly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Host went above and beyond to kindly help when we had difficulty locating the apartment (note this was probably our fault or result of technical error, but when I copied and pasted the address from the listing it navigated to a different address compared to when I clicked the navigation link directly!). The terrace is really lovely and the Mountain View is beautiful. We had no issues with the walk to town centre (although an extra workout pushing a stroller!). The only unfortunate part of the stay was that a dog living across the street was outside and barking (likely in response to our presence) at every moment that we spent time outside as well as during early mornings. We are ‘dog people’ but nonetheless the noise was disruptive to the degree that it’s something to be aware of. All in all, can easily recommend. Thank you!

Catalina und Juliàn sind super Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit gemeldet. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist alles vor Ort, was zum Kochen, Grillen, Waschen etc. benötigt wird. Wir (6 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

Tolles Haus. Liegt sehr nahe am Meer und ca. 25-30minuten bis zum Zentrum von Palma entfernt.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen.

Ett jättefint hus med fantastisk omgivning samt pool och jättenära till strand, restauranger, supermarkets mm. Vi bodde 4 vuxna och 4 barn och huset var optimalt för sällskapet. Juan som värd var vänlig, hjälpsam och alltid snabb med kommunikation.

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement von Luis sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Luis war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hat auf jede gestellt und nicht gestellte Frage zügig geantwortet. Wir könne die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Pedro's place was just a dream, it is even better to what's shown in the pictures. The house is huge and very comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom which is extremely handy for 6 people and the house is fully equipped with everything you need. The balcony has the best view, we had breakfast and dinner there every day. The location is perfect, minutes from one of the best Calas in the island. We are blessed and grateful that we found Pedro's place, and we would like to come back every year now! Pedro our host is lovely and warm, he gave us tons of recommendations for the island.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zu Ort und Strand ist bestechend, aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr passenden Eindruck! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen und auch der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert übers Handy. Einen Punkt Abzug für teils schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und löchrige Bettwäsche - kein Drama, aber das muss beides nicht sein. Kurz vor Ostern waren einige Baustellen in direkter Nähe, aber das kommt vor.

A short break with the family at Easter, would not normally book a place so close to everything as we do lie peace and quiet. The apartment is literally across the street from the beach and situated above shops and cafes, with eateries to the left and right. The holiday was great, people watching from front balcony, then at night close the doors a peace, the apartment was as expected with no shock horrors, the area is beautiful with lots of nice walks around, beautiful coast and plenty to do. If self catering is planned the visit the eroski stores, much cheaper than the local stores. Overall a great apartment in a lovely part of Mallorca. Would definitely recommend and would return. Thank you Miguel for excellent communication and providing some basics amenities.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen, gepflegte Anlage. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Von dort aus hatten wir einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Das Gesamtpaket war stimmig und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Gerne wieder 🤩

A nice stay in Mallorca. Nothing much around is opened in December as it's low peak season but we enjoyed the peace and quietness. The apartment has everything that we need. The beach is just few minutes walk away. Though we wished the balcony faces the sun to enjoy the coffee in the morning, otherwise it would be perfect!

In dieser Finca befinden sich drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen :-)

Geweldige ruime woning op een mooie locatie met genoeg ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten. Ook is de locatie perfect om de belangrijkste delen van het eiland te bezoeken. Binnen een half uur ben je in Palma en binnen 20 minuten bij mooie stranden en leuke dorpjes. In het huis zijn alle voorzieningen aanwezig en de bedden en badkamers zijn schoon. Ook is er meer dan voldoende opbergruimte in de slaapkamers. Buiten zijn er meerdere zitjes waar je in de zon of schaduw kan zitten. Ook is het zwembad dicht bij het huis, dat is gezellig en fijn als de kinderen aan het zwemmen zijn. Een paar kleine dingen die we liever anders hadden gezien. Er zijn alleen ensuite badkamers, wat minder fijn is omdat anderen door je slaapkamer moeten om te douchen. Ook zijn er buiten 6 ligstoelen terwijl het huis geschikt is voor 7 personen. Als laatste denk ik dat het huis geschikt is voor maximaal 4 volwassenen (+ 3 kinderen). Het stapelbed en single bed zijn niet praktisch voor volwassenen. Verder prima!

Hele fijne 2 weken hebben wij (gezin met 6) gehad in Finca Son Morla in Porreres. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de tuin is prachtig en vol met vele vogeltjes. Het zwembad was jammer genoeg echt veel te koud om lekker te kunnen zwemmen. Het contact met Francisca verliep heel prettig. Wij voelden ons enorm welkom en ze staat meteen voor je klaar als je een vraag hebt. Het is noodzakelijk om een vervoermiddel te huren omdat je echt achteraf verblijft, maar vanuit Porreres kun je het eiland heel goed ontdekken. Wij hebben genoten, dank je wel!

Wspaniałe miejsce. Czulismy się jak w oazie. Piękne miejsce na wypady samochodem, Santanyí jest przepięknym miasteczkiem. Basen bardzo duży i czysty, stół, leżaki i przestrzeń w ogrodzie pięknie zagospodarowania do spędzania wspólnego czasu. To był niezapomniany pobyt. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Miejsce zapewnia swobodę i prywatność. Zwierzęta, natura, spokój. Dom w stylu rustykalnym, piękny wyremontowany stary wiatrak. To jak miejsce na film. Idealne wakacje. Dziękujemy za ten czas ❤️

Nos ha encantado! Hermosa casa, más bella que en las fotos. Con un parque precioso muy bien cuidado y lleno de flores. Ideal para quedarte a pasar el día allí con parrilla y pileta. La casa tenía todo para cocinar y estaba todo muy limpio. La ubicación no es céntrica y necesitas auto para moverte, pero disfrutamos mucho la naturaleza. Lo único que cambiaría es que el anfitrión brinde el servicio de recoger la basura y no que el huésped lo haga. El horario del parque de residuos es bastante cortado y a 15’ en auto, eso fue lo único incómodo. El resto fue un 10/10. Recomiendo! Francisca una señora muy amable!

Der Urlaub in „Sa Bisbal“ hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine ruhig abgelegene Unterkunft umgeben von Feldern mit Schafsherden. Wir haben eine sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft vorgefunden. Auch zum selber Kochen ist viel vorhanden. Das Haus verfügt über Heizungen in jedem Raum und über drei Klimaanlagen. Die Zählerstände wurden am Anfang und am Ende per Foto übermittelt und die Abrechnung am Ende (nur in bar!) erfolgte total transparent. Alle Räume können verdunkelt werden (über innenliegende „Fensterläden“). Handtücher und ein Set mit Spüli, Geschirrhandtüchern, Müllsäcken und Seifen werden gestellt. Müll muss getrennt und zu einem Müllsammelplatz weggebracht werden. Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist soweit ebenerdig, bis auf drei Räume (ein Bad, Küche und ein Schlafzimmer) sind über drei Stufen zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, den man jederzeit kontaktieren konnte.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, mit dem Auto war man auch sehr schnell in umliegenden Städten, oder am Strand.

Wir waren zu zweit im Haus ab 24.11-04.12. Was uns sehr gafallen hat- milde Wetterverhältnisse für diese Jahreszeit. Wir könnten im Pool baden, also für die sportlichen Person überhaupt kein Problem. Auch das Meer war warm genug- etwa 18 Grad. Wir haben gebadet. Ich empfehle die Strände in Sa rapita, Cala d' Or, Cala Millor. Der grösste Vorteil dieser Unterkunft ist die zentrale Insellage, woher man die allen Orte in maximum 35-45 minuten erreichen kann. Ein Mietwagen ist natürlich ein Pflicht. Man darf direkt im Haushof parken. Der Hausbesitzer Antonio wohnt in der Nähe und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst mit zwei Schlafzimmern in Obergeschoss, mit großem Balkon, 2 WC's, einer großen Duschezeile, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essmöglichkeit vor dem Pool, sauberem Grillplatz ist perfekt für einen privaten Urlaub geeignet.
