入住时间2024年12月22日-28日 带妈妈和孩子一起来的 用google map按这个地址导航直接可以到。 JVG3+PF Ban Mae, San Pa Tong District, Chiang Mai, Thailand 位置在郊区，适合自己开车去。打车也可以，早高峰的时候需要多叫几次，提前30-40分钟叫车会好一些，这里特别适合需要比较安静环境的人，其实哪也不用去，就住在这里就很放松，其实当时有些邻居就是这样的。 这里的负责人村长大叔是当地人，特别真诚、热情、善良，虽然听不懂英语，但是会准备翻译机，也建议大家手机里自己下一个翻译软件，在泰国非常有用。苹果手机用自带的就可以，我用的就是这个。 房子非常漂亮，和照片一样，village里有一个小的公共游泳池，水不深，最后一天，中午马上退房了才带孩子玩儿了一会儿，刚下水有点儿凉，完全下去后就一点也不凉了，而且也有阳光，拍照也很好看。 虽然没见过房东本人，但是沟通很顺畅，响应也很快，是个值得去住的好地方。 亲自验证，没有踩坑，值得推荐。 Check-in time was from December 22nd to 28th, 2024. The location is in the suburbs, so it's suitable to drive by yourself. Taking a taxi is also okay, but you may need to call several times during the morning rush hour. It's better to call a taxi 30 to 40 minutes in advance. This place is especially suitable for people who need a relatively quiet environment.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. People were very nice. We got lost to this location but they were kind enough to send a driver to our last destination and get us to the correct one. The activities were great and the people were amazing. Our tour guide was very kind and attentive and even let us enjoy ourselves and he took charge of captivating our moment by taking photos of us. Will recommend to others. It was unfortunate we were not able to say our goodbyes before we were picked up by our drivers but we are very grateful for what they have done for us to make our visit pleasurable

nous avons passé deux jours merveilleux en compagnie de yuri et bom qui sont des hôtes fantastiques dans leur accueil, leur disponibilité et l'attention qu'ils portent à leurs invités. je ne vais pas répéter tout les commentaires positifs précédemment écrits mais seulement remercier chaleureusement des gens avec qui j'aurais aimé pousser les conversations à un niveau plus complexe si nous avions partagé la même langue.

This stay was absolutely amazing. The land , the pub , the tour, and most definitely the food, all of it was great. Fonne was very accommodating. She made sure we had all we needed and then some. Everyone there was friendly. We were sad to leave and have already taked about going back. Do not hesitate, this is the place to stay.

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen! Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

We had a great stay at Jeab's place. The apartment is small as we fully expected but the pool more than made up for it. Its a beautiful building. Jeab was very quick to communicate and super helpful.

Best Airbnb in my Southeast Asia trip! Felt right at home. AC worked perfectly, comfortable bed, clean and cozy place. If you as a guest are reading this review don’t doubt it, this is the place right to book.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was exactly as described, clean and cozy.The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest after a long day. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in.The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local shops. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay. The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again!

We had a very comfortable stay and it had all the amenities we needed. My sister loved the softness of the bed in the smaller room while I found the hot and cold shower system to be efficient. There’s a co-working space and a gym to use. Having a 7-11 across the condo was also bonus. The host was very responsive and addressed concerns promptly. They even provided bottles of water and some coffee capsules which we really appreciated. Overall, it was better than booking a 5 star hotel room for me. Great value for money.

Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Location was great, the whole building is very nice and properly serviced. Multiple restaurants, shops and services around. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Condo itself was clean, well equipped and in good standard. Wassana was very helpful through our time here, always responding quickly and supporting our stay. She also helped us greatly when we had some health issues and needed to adjust our stay. Overall, great experience, great value for money and a pleasant experience.

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Really comfortable place! Exactly what I was looking for. The location is not as nice as some other parts of Chiang Mai.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

과중한 일로, 몸과 마음이 지쳐서 ‘쉼’을 목적으로 계획했던 여행입니다. 그저 조용한 방이 필요했고, 걸어서 쉽게갈 수 있는 카페와 식당이 많이있는 숙소를 찾았는데, 이곳이 바로 그곳이었어요. 이따금 들려오는 비행기소리만 아니라면, 매우 조용합니다. 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 보고, 귀마개를 준비해서 갔던 여행이지만, 귀마개를 하지않고 지냈어요. 처음에는 신경이 쓰였으나, 시간이 지나며 익숙해져갔어요. 매우 유명한 식당과 카페가 도보로 5분이내의 거리에 있어요. 그리고, 가까운 도로주변에서 판매하는 파인애플과 망고를 매일 사서 집에서 먹는 즐거움이 있었어요.(냉장고가 크고 좋아요) 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어있어, 적은 양의 옷을 가져갔었고 일주일동안 머무는동안에 세탁을 직접하며 정말 집에서 살고있는 것 같았어요. 도움이 필요할 때마다, 호스트의 정말 빠른 응대에 감사했습니다. 일주일동안 편히 잘 쉬었고, 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요.

L’appartement est tel que décrit, pratique et confortable pour un court ou un long séjour avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris si vous travaillez en ligne comme moi (bonne connexion et espace de travail). L’hôtesse s’est montrée très amicale et réactive et flexible pour nos heures d’arrivée et départ, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. L’emplacement est pratique si vous aimez le quartier de Nimman (quartier animé mais plutôt tourné vers les expats et touristes où tout ressemble à l’Occident et coûte plus cher). Le ménage manquait un peu de précision pour nous mais globalement nous nous sommes sentis bien, merci :)
