Cracking place to stay. Very centrally located within walking distance of most sites and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Space was huge and well kitted out.

We had a great stay at the nQn apartment. The kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee, a cleaning kit, and water. We would absolutely stay there again and even for a longer stay. The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean.

Spacious quiet 3 bedrooms apartment super center

We had an amazing family vacation. The apartment was great! It had a lot of amenities and was modern. It was walkable to most of the sightseeing we did in Madrid. The host Eyal and his co-hosts were great communicators. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Madrid.

To me, this was the ideal place to stay for my business trip. Just four Metro stations from Barajas, so my transfer from the Airport to the doorsteps was less than 30 mins. It was 5 mins walk from where I had my meetings and 45 seconds from ALDI, so I could shop groceries on my way back from the office and all that at a fraction of the prices of the next hotel, which is the NH. If you are a fan of Real Madrid (I'm not :-)), you will appreciate the proximity to the Bernabeu, which is a 5 min walk. The hosts were very responsive, extremely helpful and so nice ! I had a very late arrival, around midnight, but they were on standby to remotely open the doors to the place, which worked like a charm. The place itself is squeaky clean, modern and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet with tons of little shops. I can only recommend a relaxed walk in the morning to take in the cool atmosphere. And with the Metro station 3 mins away, you're in the center in no time. For me, A++

Fantastic spot in a fantastic location. As described with great amenities and very clean. Housed our group of 4 adults and 2 children with ease. There is some nearby construction ongoing with materials being staged out front, but did not significantly impact our stay. Highly recommend this place. Extremely walkable to all parts of the city, great nearby restaurants/bars, metro station across the street, great little balcony overlooking Plaza de Tirso de Molina. Host very responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We arrived in the morning, but Eric let us do the check in before 3pm as the apartment was already ready. The next day, one of us was not feeling very well, and Eric allowed us to stay until 12, while the check out is usually at 11 am. In summary, they were always flexible, helpful and nice.

Wir sind am Tag des Stromausfalls in Spanien angekommen und obwohl wir deshalb um einiges zu spät waren als auch lange nicht erreichbar waren, wurde sich flexibel um alles gekümmert! Die Wohnung war wunderschön und hatte alles wie angegeben. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und wir wurden mit einem kleinen Desert und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Eine absolute Empfehlung falls man zentral, schön, privat und gemütlich wohnen möcht!!!

The best part of our stay was the accessibility. You are within walking distance from all of the main attractions so there is absolutely no need to stay in the apartment! Inside looks exactly like the pictures and everything was extremely clean. Spotless. The sheets were absolutely fuming of laundry detergent so that was nice! Secondly, the host was very accommodating and friendly. We needed to check-in early and they made themselves available - for a fee, but nonetheless, they worked fast and in our favor.

Great location located right inside Plaza Mayor. It’s just steps to restaurants, shopping and site seeing. Place was nice and lots of space and best of all quiet. It’s on the 3rd floor but has a elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren als Gruppe in diesem Apartment mitten in Madrid und hätten es uns nicht besser vorstellen können! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – direkt am Plaza del Sol, sodass wir überall super zu Fuß hinkamen. Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren alle direkt vor der Tür. Das Apartment selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Genügend Platz für alle, bequeme Betten und ein gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsbereich, wo wir abends zusammensitzen konnten. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung – wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Location, location, location! It was close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It was a bit tight for three adults but was not an issue because we spent most of the days being outside exploring. The AC was a huge plus for us on summer hot days!

Fully-Equipped, Cosy Studio Apartment

Compact but cozy studio had everything we needed to explore (and retreat for downtime/rest) from Malasana. Such an energetic area with grocery, bars, restaurants, bakeries close and so many options for all tastes and budgets. We think this is the best area to stay in Centro Madrid and these apartment hotels will be perfect for many travelers! Close to metro stops and easy to navigate. Quiet side street at nighttime. Slept peacefully. Bed was comfy, basic kitchen and washing needs met, bathroom rain shower and towel warming rack were unexpected luxuries. Having management on site for most of the hours was helpful and we felt secure and well supported should we need anything. They let us checkin early but also would have held our bags if needed. Would certainly stay again.
