I had a fantastic time with Mercedes. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. Her home was warm and inviting, and the room was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

If I could, I would like to rate it 6-star instead of 5! Both Patricia and her place were beyond my expectation. She was so welcoming, helpful and proactive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I need, and offered more that I had expected, including but not limited to breakfast, local recommendations on restaurants and interesting activities/attractions in Madrid. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, artistic and modern interior design with great functionality, a lovely bedroom with a sparkling clean & privately attached bathroom and closet, as well as a living room that’s private to my use as well! And the location is great, easy to get to the city center via multiple bus lines, and very convenient to get to the airport, too. The only thing I wish could be better was that I wish I could have stayed longer at her place! Too bad I only spent 2 days in Madrid… T_T If I’ll visit Madrid again in the future, I hope I can stay at Patricia’s place again. ^_^

Luz y su marido fueron muy atentos y amables. Fue un gusto disfrutar de su atención y de la residencia. Si tengo que volver cerca de este destino, sin duda será mi primera opción. Por poner una pequeña pega, los colchones serían mejorables. Muchas gracias por todo

Adriana es una excelente anfitriona, disponible a solucionar inquietudes y flexible. Además, el apartamento está tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio cama confortable para descansar. No tenemos, queja del trato y ni del sitio. ¡Recomendado! y se lleva todas nuestras estrellas. 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

דירה קטנה וחמודה. הרגשה נעימה וביתית. הכל נקי ומצוחצח. כ5 דקות הליכה מתחנת המטרו. לא רחוקה מכבישים ראשיים עם חנויות , אפשרויות לאכול וקניות שימושיות. לא אזור מפואר אבל שקט ובלי תנועה רבה של כלי רכב.

Fueron excelentes anfitriones, muy muy amables, excelentes personas! Respondían los mensajes rápido y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de la comodidad. Un lugar con mucha buena vibra. Áureo fue muy flexible con mi check in y con el check out, ya que llegué tarde porque mi vuelo se retrasó. La ubicación muy buena ya que a unos pasos está la estación de metro que te lleva a los puntos clave de la ciudad. Del aeropuerto al departamento es muy fácil llegar en transporte público. Tiene un supermercado 24 horas a la vuelta de la esquina lo que es una gran ventaja, y frente al departamento hay un servicio de lockers 24 hrs, lo cual puede servir como en mi caso, que continúe viajando y no tuve que cargar con todo mi equipaje. La calle es muy segura. En el departamento de Áureo te sientes como en casa. Lo único que puede ser algo incómodo para los que tienen sueño ligero, es que en fin de semana la calle puede ser ruidosa, pero fuera de eso, todo perfecto.

Our hostess was incredibly helpful! The apartment was comfortable and clean, with lots of space for all five of the people in my group! It was close to bus stops and convenience stores, which made it much easier to find what we needed! Overall, great stay!!

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for having me!

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

We absolutely loved the apartment. Spacious, homely and in a brilliant location to explore the city - couldn’t ask for anymore. (We walked to every part of the city from the apartment) Communication was brilliant - fast responses at any time of day and really clear. To top it off they have an amazing bakery right next door serving the best pastries. If you book this apartment make sure you visit!!

Todo aconteció perfectamente , Carmen se comunicó conmigo muy amablemente desde el principio, fue muy clara y siempre respondía al instante mis consultas. El apartamento era tan cual estaba publicado, nos dejó ropa de cama y toallas en perfectas condiciones y hasta shampoo , gel de ducha , jugos en la heladera , leche, pan y galletas. Lo recomiendo 100 por ciento .

La ubicación es perfecta, ideal para ir a La Pedriza. Celia fue súper atenta y me preparó una infusión de su huerto que estuvo increíble. Recomendado 100%.

Hola , la experiencia a sido la primera y la valoro como muy buena , quizás si debo hacer un comentario constructivo me faltaron alguna toalla más y la habitación algo estrecha . Por lo demás genial . Rosa es una mujer muy correcta

Habitación y baño privado grande y limpio con todo lo necesario. No usé la cocina. la ubicación para mí era perfecta porque fui a hacer unos trámites. Si quieres visitar Madrid por pocos días, quizás es un poco alejado del centro. Acceso fácil e independiente. Justo lo que necesitaba. La comunicación con Manuel fue muy buena.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

This is a truly marvelous stay! We will be back as soon as possible. It was so good we would honestly plan a Spain trip around available dates. Jorge was so kind, truly the breakfast was out of this world. Our room was serene and the mountain air so crisp and peaceful. The grounds are even prettier than the photos. It was a truly special experience! They thought of everything with this place from the decor to the services. We loved the Christmas decorations!!
