Little House On The Quarry

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Originally built in 1885, this cozy little place is located just off the historic town square in downtown Tellico Plains and is within walking distance of the Tellico Grains Bakery, Charles Hall Museum and Cherohala Skyway Visitor Center. Short hop by car to the Tellico Beach Drive-In and Cherokee National Forest. Smart TV, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi connection, carport. Motorcycle friendly!

The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .
