Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, 2 cats, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Bambi's Cove Chalet

Welcome to Bambi’s Cove, a gorgeous custom built chalet, situated on a privately owned farm. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the wrap around porch, watching the wildlife roam in the woods, or take a stroll out the front door where you will often see our sheep, horses and goats! Our chalet has a full kitchen, living room with a comfortable pull out couch, as well as a private bedroom featuring a king bed situated next to a cozy fireplace. Whatever brings you to east TN, we are honored to host you!

Berry Acres Retreat

Countryside sunsets abound at this peaceful retreat! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom plus den (semi-private sleeping area). Sip a beverage on the cozy patio while you take in the fresh country air and listen to the birds as they feed and frolic. There's abundant wildlife in the area as well. Deer, rabbits, turkey and others. Conveniently located within minutes of all Monroe County attractions, halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville. 1.5 hrs from Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains!

Angler cabin with HotTub

Tucked away in a wooded cove, this private studio Cabin has all the decor you would expect from us. It is near the other studios, so bring a group! Hot tub and beautiful stone electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV with Fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer and dryer, foldout queen sofa, bathroom, and lovely appointments on the porch. Slip under the covers of the huge King size bed and sleep in as long as you want. Even if you are not a fisherman, you will love this for a getaway. Pets are welcome.

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

The Barn Cottage - Sunrise

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the country. The Barn Cottages are part of the Holt Family Farm. The farm features Grain Bin Commodities bakery, West Hills Dairy, and the original crop land that has been farmed for over 60 years. Explore this beautiful farm in the heart of East Tennessee. We are also a great spot to explore the entire valley. Knoxville is 40 minutes away, Cherohala Skyway and the Dragon are 30 minutes away. Chattanooga is only an hour.

The White House Loft

The main White House CLOSED 11/2023 when we retired to TN. This is when THE LOFT, our new Air BnB opened 04/2025. The LOFT built by the Amish, is 1200 sq. ft of open living space w/the same STUNNING views the original White House has. Only 4 miles from Historic Sweetwater, a true Hallmark Town, you can antique, have the best ice-cream, visit the infamous LOST SEA, walk to restaurants. Whatever your reason for visiting, Sweetwater will become a fast favorite for sure!

Escape to a tranquil retreat at Sweetwater Stables! Our 30-acre homestead is filled with friendly horses, cows, sheep, and chickens eager to greet you and enjoy your treats. We're conveniently situated just 2 miles from the Lost Sea underground lake, nestled between Sweetwater and Madisonville along Highway 68. We love having wonderful guests like you, so feel free to bring along your furry companions (up to 2) without any pet or cleaning fees!

Our log cabin was built in 2015 and is situated on 10 wooded acres. This was our previous home and we love it dearly.
