Great location (walking distance from St Elizabeth’s Hospital! 5-7 mins tops!) Public transport right at your doorstep! Beautiful neighborhood, responsive host! TV has multiple viewing options and never an issue with wifi. Had a few little bumps along the way but were rectified! Overall I would and have recommended the gem!

We had the most wonderful stay at Amanda’s place! The space was exactly as described and perfect for our family while visiting our daughter at Colgate. We loved the location on the lake and views out the front windows. The house is about 3 miles from the Colgate athletic fields or a ten minute drive - 12 minutes if you’re going up the hill. Amanda was such a gracious and accommodating host with excellent communication. We will definitely be back!

The accommodations were perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Great for a quick visit up to Colgate for a weekend for one person. Centrally located in the heart of town. Walking distance to the athletic fields and campus. Highly recommend.

Alex was an excellent host, communicative from start to finish. The house was lovely and perfect for three sets of parents visiting their kids at Colgate. It was comfortable and clean with lots of style and flare and everything you could need in the kitchen. Alex was also very understanding of a spill (tomato sauce on the dining room rug) and our attempts to clean it. A great all around and comfortable experience!

Very nice accommodations. Beautiful lake. Enjoyed kayaking and rowing in the lake. Spacious rooms. Had lots of fun.

The house was tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and clutter free. Angie was communicative and left us fresh eggs, butter, cream and coffee for our visit. I highly recommend this listing and we will stay there again while visiting our daughter at Hamilton.

We booked Michaels place for a quick girls night, to the Casino. Michaels place was large enough for the 4 of us to spread out. Incredibly convenient location to the Casino, less than a 10 minute drive. Would recommend to others, and would book again for future trips! !

Wonderful, comfortable, well appointed home. Right in the village, 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect place for our party of 5!
