1920s 3 bed 3.5 baths near Village of New Hartford

You'll be renting a fully furnished, remodeled 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in South Utica within walking distance to the Village of New Hartford. The 1920's era home is charming, spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom! The master bedroom features a King bed. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds. Each bedroom has a TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and basic Spectrum cable. Kitchen is large and fully equipped. Home has on demand, unlimited hot water.

The Lily Pad. Float away & relax.

Refresh at the Lily Pad. Bring your water toys, fishing poles or a good book and enjoy the lake. Easy access to the deck where you can enjoy early morning coffee and watch the birds or enjoy your catch of the day. 50 feet away is the dock or the stone steps to the water. Cookout on the grill or a campfire with smores for evening fun. Dock is ready for a 10 ft boat or Kayak if you have one. There is also a Kayak rental service in nearby Cazenovia. The water is clear and refreshing!

Cazenovia private, bright in-law apt

Close to Cazenovia, Colgate and SUNY Morrisville. Hiking, biking and walking are easy activities, plus explore all Cazenovia has to offer. Less than 3 miles to the center of town. Private entrance, off-street parking spot, and 2 bedrooms. NO cleaning fee! Though our cleaning lady is dedicated, you decide what is appropriate.

40’ of lakefront on beautiful Oneida Lake, visible from the open living area and spectacular master bedroom. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Two full bathrooms, one with jacuzzi tub. Bald eagles and osprey nest nearby. Please note that there are two beds, a queen and a full size.
