This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. Located on a private ranch 2miles off of Hwy 41 with walking trails, and lots of wildlife as well as chickens, lambs and a horse! 7 min to the Historic town of Coarsegold, 15 min from Oakhurst and 35 min to the Yosemite National Park southern park entrance off of Hwy 41.
