I have stayed here before. Always a wonderful experience. Kyle's team is wonderful to work with! I had an issue where I needed help with maintenance. The response time and the professionalism of the maintenance person as well as Danni on the support team was exceptional. I always try to stay at one of Kyle's properties.

Very peaceful and host is very friendly and responsive I had an amazing time staying here felt like I was at home very clean and nice area to be in.

Regina's place is my home away from home when I visit my family. I'm able to do a workcation when I come to be able to prolong my visits. I love the mini splits HVAC so I'm not wasting resources, I'm able to throw a load of laundry on while I go visit my parents, and I feel safe staying there by myself when my husband and daughter can't come due to work and school obligations. It's a cute 3/2 that is very clean and private.

Location: Peaceful, pretty, private, surrounded mostly by farmland with a view of the mountains in the distance. Is a 10 minute drive from Clovis and 15-20 minutes from Fresno, where you will get all your supplies, restaurants, shops etc. The BnB is easy to find and accessible for all. Interior: Spotless and fully functional kitchen with everything imaginable. Clean washroom with all amenities and a couple of neat touches from Ashlee - hat tip for the hairbands and poo-pourri! Super comfy bed and linen. The washer dryer unit, while located in a designated space in the bedroom (would suggest setting it on prior to outings), was very useful to get some laundry done. The host: Ashlee was proactive, super friendly and helpful. Her attention to detail and care in designing the studio is very evident and we appreciated every little detail. Would 100% recommend, and a sure shot 5 star! Thank you Ashlee :)

We had wonderful stay at this location. the house was spacious and good parking space. Just be cautious to not drop anything on the floor as we noticed group of ants at some places.

House matched the photos and description. Venkata was easy to work with and responded to questions. It was clean and easy to find. Bonus was the attached two car garage which helped since street parking can get congested.

The house and hosts were amazing. The house is even better than the pictures show. The back yard is stunning and such a lovely place to relax after packed days visiting family. It was also so peaceful and quiet. Living in Fresno for years I was delighted at how serene it was.l for the visit. Inside the house was great. All the supplies you’d need, comfy beds, really thoughtful bathroom supplies, and even pool towels all laid out for our use. Could not have had a better house, easier in and out, and more delightful stay.

My family and I had a great time everything was as described and even more! We really enjoyed our stay and it was conveniently located close to the freeway with local stores nearby. We really enjoyed the backyard as well as having a fully stocked kitchen and the extra towels. We will definitely be booking a summer stay to get to enjoy the pool during the summer days.

Really nice place to stay in downtown Clovis. Very clean and well maintained with great amenities. Tom and Angie were very responsive and we had a great stay! The beds were comfortable and super soft, which did take me a bit to get used to, but overall this place is amazing.

Nice 2 bedroom located very near my work site inside gated community so it felt safe.

Sally's place was a great home-base for skiing at china peak mountain, about 30 minutes away. we loved the place, it was large, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches with coffee, lotion, extra blankets etc. The home was cozy warm and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location! About 30 minutes away from Yosemite south entrance, and about another hour to Yosemite Village. We drove to and from Yosemite village both full days. Condo is not too far from Oakhurst which we frequented often. The home itself was lovely and is as described. Very clean and stocked with necessary amenities. We are a family of four, girls are 9 and 12 years old. They shared one room without issues. There’s so much space, so could comfortably fit 6. The sleeper sofa would be uncomfortable for me. The upstairs beds were good. We brought our own pillows, but the pillows provided seemed like they would be fine to sleep on. Kitchen had all the gadgets with varying pots and pans. We cooked breakfast daily. You’ll need to bring your own fat to cook in. Salt and pepper were provided. Sadly, the pool was closed for repairs, so can’t rate that, but the area looked clean. Highly recommend this place. Aaron is a great host and was very proactive.

Our family loved staying at Casita Bass Lake! The kids loved the board games and the house itself was super cute and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Terry was very responsive and overall great! Loved it!

This house was super clean, great location and beautiful views. If we did have any issues the host got back to us asap! We would definitely recomend this house to others and stay here again in the future.
