The Mountain House

Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

This beautiful apartment is located the second floor of Bridge Street's most popular building, neighboring the Covered Bridge with views of the Mad River. The setting is gorgeous, the apartment is immaculate and charming. 15 minutes from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen Ski Resorts, endless hiking trails, Mt. biking, kayaking, golfing, swimming, fishing and walking distance to Lawson's Finest Liquids Brewing Company. Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!
