House with private pool and extensive garden

Family friendly house in peaceful residential area. 24 hour CCTV. A close distance to the diving and beach resorts on Mactan Island or sight seeing in Cebu City. Furnished accommodation. Master bedroom with ensuite bath room. Second floor is an open space area with a balcony to walk around outside of it. There is a swimming pool on the premises with lighting. Parking area and social areas outside to relax. There is a caretaker who can help guests. Free and unlimited Wifi included.

Spacious Cozy Home in the city near Malls & Fuente

This relaxing home has a huge floor area 140sqm of comfortable living space for you. Located right at the back of One Pavillion Place which is near Fuente Circle and close to the Cebu Capitol. Easy acccess to food chains and groceries at One Pavillon Mall which is right outside our security guards gate. We are just a short ride away to Ayala Mall, SM City, SM Seaside. The home is at the 3rd level of an exclusive compound with 24hrs security. You are welcome to stay.

Enjoy staying at your own private resort with a beautiful family size pool and private bar. Sing karaoke with friends at the poolside patio. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom elegant modern home has a full kitchen and comfortable living space. Netflix and chill with strong wifi in all areas. Bedrooms have Queen beds, A/C, and hot/cold showers. This townhouse is located inside a safe subdivision with 24-hour security. It is at the same island as the Mactan airport and near almost everything from bars, spas, big resorts, restaurants, island hopping and more. It is 3 minutes drive to Mactan Newtown, and is accessible by "Grab" app for taxis, food and grocery deliveries and as well as Public transportations like tricycles.
