This unique getaway includes a fully equipped kitchen, bath, full bed in loft, and a queen pull-out couch. It's a place to embrace peace. All-wheel drive recommended. (Steep indoor stairs)

The Bear's Den

Mary went above and beyond to accommodate The cabin is adorable with lots of nice touches, and the outdoors areas are simply amazing. The closet kitchen is well supplied . We actually cooked all but two meals during our week-long stay. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend "The Bear's Den" for your stay in the Franklin, NC area.

Located in Franklin, NC, the Appalachian Tiny Home (the ATH) is an ideal base camp for every adventure, and is only 20 min. from the Nantahala nat'l forest. This tiny home has its own entrance as well as a deck, fire pit and fully-stocked wood shed. The nearby spring is a short walk down the hill, and it's the perfect place for foraging and rockhounding in the gem capital of the world.

Our light & airy cabin is nestled on almost 4 acres of woodsy, mountainous terrain and is private and picturesque, yet still convenient to town. We love relaxing on the front porch, surrounded by nature and enjoying the sounds of the streams & views of the mountains. It is a peaceful cabin to relax & enjoy the cool breezes and scenery of the Smoky Mountains.

You'll feel like the "Little Red Riding Hood" skipping through the woods as you escape the "Big Bad Wolf" of technology and stress. Evenings around the Firepit w/the stars are simply magical!

This well-equipped cabin is only 3 miles to downtown Franklin (8 minute drive). There is also a Walmart just two miles away. Close to many activities including white water rafting, hiking, biking, waterfalls and scenic drives. 30 minutes to Highlands for great shopping & Dry Falls!

A cozy rustic hideaway with mountain valley views. it is stunning to watch the sun/moon rise from the deck or porch. Walk down the driveway to enjoy the bubbling creek or play in the field. Has a queen bed and a twin daybed. There is a cooktop, microwave, and small fridge, kitchen and a shower.
