De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

Er is een tuin met ligbedden, een zwembad (verwarmd vanaf de buiten temperatuur + 20 graden is (in principe vanaf april tot november). De jacuzzi is het hele jaar verwarmd. Er is een gemeenschappelijke ruimte en een klein jaren '30 café, hier kunt u eventueel ontbijten.
